The massive wrap around deck is just off the living area and this is where you will find the private hot tub as well as outdoor seating and a gas grill. The deck can also be accessed from the master suite. Enjoy a good soak with fresh mountain air and unbeatable views year round! The hot tub is maintained and cleaned after each guest visit.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features high end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy a true family dinner in the dining area which comfortably seats eight. There are also four additional seats next to the dining table at the breakfast bar. You will find a half bathroom for guest use on this main level just outside the mudroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite is located on the main level on your right when you walk out of the mudroom. Make yourself at home with the king size bed, designated smart TV, ceiling fan, and luxurious en suite bathroom. This room also has its own private entrance with the hot tub directly outside your door! The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite countertops as well as a large bathtub and walk-in shower with tile surrounding.

The first and second guest bedrooms are both located on the loft level. The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed, large smart TV, a small bed for children, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom is initially just a half bathroom with toilet and sink. You will find another door on your left which leads to a separate section of the bathroom containing a large soaking tub, and a walk in shower which is shared between the two guest bedrooms. There is another door on the opposite side of this room that leads you to the en suite half bathroom for guest bedroom two. The second guest bedroom offers ample sleeping space with two twin over full bunk beds, and one queen bed as well as another smart TV for your entertainment. The private washer and dryer are located just outside these two rooms in the adjacent hallway. For your convenience laundry detergent is provided.
