We are located on a 27 mile stretch of beach in Northwest Florida's paradise renown for sugar white sand and emerald water! The pool complex consists of a large pool (heated in cooler months) TIKI BAR- serving your favorite drinks and snacks, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, and ample pool furniture. Please come and experience this spacious 1440 sf condo. The condo has an open floor plan with a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both baths also feature new granite counter tops and the master has a stunning walk in shower. One of our favorite things about this floorplan is the size and shape of the large balcony. There is plenty of space to serve dinner on the balcony and enjoy the sun set, or share breakfast with the family. The master suite has a a king size bed and the second bedroom is a very large room with two queen beds with direct access to the hall bath as does the living area. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. The views of the Gulf are truly amazing through the large sliding doors and windows! You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the Tennis, Pickle Ball, and Bocci Ball courts, shuffle board, indoor Racketball court and exercise room. At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City Beach has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf.
