You'll be just a little over a mile from beautiful Gulf State Park, two miles southwest of the Orange Beach Marina, and seven miles west of Perdido Key State Park—a known nesting spot for local sea turtles. The Wharf, with its many shops and sources of entertainment, is five miles northwest, while a number of great restaurants like Doc's Seafood Shack & Oyster Bar, the Flora-Bama Ole River Grill, and the Gulf, are all within four miles of this property.
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is anticipated to take place at Admiral's Quarters from September 2024 to March 2025. The work to be done includes exterior repairs and painting, which will impact the availability and views of some balconies. While the stairwells are blocked off for repairs, access will be rerouted as needed. Construction work will be noisy, swinging stages descending from the roof will be utilized, parking may be blocked or limited at times, and part of the pool will be blocked during this work.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
