The accommodation does not have an elevator. Located on the 6th floor, it includes :
- a room with a double bed,
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal : wifi, TV, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine.

The accommodation is located :
- close to the stations of the east and the north ;
- and close to the Place de la République which has a large number of metro lines (metro line n°5 is at the end of the street).

You will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" at 2 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest near the accommodation :
- the historical district of the Marais (accessible on foot). You will find there several restaurants;
- and the Villemin garden (3 minutes on foot).

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
