HOWEVER, PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION. THIS UNIT IS TECHNICALLY A TRIPLEX BECAUSE THERE IS A FREE STANDING 2 BEDROOM HOUSE IN THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AND A STUDIO APARTMENT ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR, THEY EACH HAVE SEPERATE ENTRANCES AND SEPERATE OUTDOOR SPACE. SOME OF THE GARDEN IS SHARED AND THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS SHARED.
