Ocean City - Montego Bay - Beautiful comfort. Summer and off season rentals

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath.. All new vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Your own private screened porch, complete with fridge, picnic table, and even a grill to enjoy some summer cookouts. You will love the new living room with great sunset views right from the couch. Just being in the place gives you a comfortable relaxed feeling.

There are 4 bikes available for your use while enjoying your stay.

The neighborhood has 2 pools 2 tennis courts There is a fishing boardwalk directly into the bay.
Grocery store, several bars and restaurants including Duffy’s Tavern, The Crab Bag, AlleyOops,
Albertinos, and one of my favorites hidden gems Cafe Mirage are all within a mile and a half with no need to go on the Main Street.

North side park is a huge multipurpose park with walking//bike trail, outdoor gym, picnic area, and huge play ground for kids as well as a very long pier for fishing and crabbing. The park also offers a kayak and stand up paddle board rental hut, and Sundays in the park with ice cream and drone show.

Nice and easy

This was a very quiet and restful stay. As a single/widowed mom who works alot of hours, needed something close to the convention center. This was such a great location, not to close where all the tourists are and not too far where it will take lots of gas and time to get there. It was just great overall. And i could save money by buying groceries and cooking.

Great location

The place was great, in a quiet area. Everything was great, it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach, close to some great restaurants- everything we wanted was within 15 minutes drive.

Unit has been extensively updated on the interior, very nice. It had everything we needed: good location, pets allowed, second half bath was a great bonus. Owner was very easy to contact and access was very simple. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful Little Place

We stayed in the off-season so no beach weather, but there was a conference to attend. This little house offered a wonderful home base. It was well equipped and everything worked. The porch was very nice when it was raining/sleeting/hailing/snowing and you could hear all of the wintry mix hitting the metal roof. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. I slept better here than I normally do at home. Joe was easy to work with and very helpful.

Impeccably clean accommodations! This spacious home is a perfect vacation place for a family. Many beautiful updates and the openness of the kitchen and living room areas provide guests with a wonderful place to relax and entertain.Joseph, the owner, was very accommodating and responded promptly with any questions before, during, and after our stay. Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our stay was perfect! The interior of the place is light and open, updated and nicely decorated. The host took care of everything we needed. We used the bikes to bike to the beach and they were in great shape. It was me, my husband, our two adult sons and our pets and there was plenty of space for all of us. The host was extremely responsive to all of our needs.

Perfect North Ocean City Spot

We were looking for a fall rental in North Ocean City that could accommodate our 2 dogs. Every time we reached out to Joe he promptly responded to all of our questions. He kept up with us before arrival and as we left. The place was perfect for us. Northside Park was just down the road and we had a short trip to the boardwalk in Ocean City, Fenwick, and Delaware beaches and shopping.

Better Beach Getaway

Close enough to the actual beach - but, far enough away for some privacy. Very close proximity to the action - but, off the 'main-drag'. Very nice living quarters & very clean.

Great getaway

We had an amazing trip to OC. We were close to others in our trip. Close to everything. Beach was very close. This location was so beautiful inside. Offered so much comfort! Amazingly spacious! We were so comfortable. Owner has thought of everything! Get so welcome and so were my fur babies. Owner was so responsive communication’s! So, enjoyed our get away!

Nicely appointed and good location. Some observations: Main bedroom bed sheet and mattress pad had dog fur on it. Ants in primary bathroom. Screen door to side porch needs attention: open/close door drug on concrete and would not stay shut during heavy wind.

Very nice

We had a great trip. Montego Bay is a very safe and comfortable neighborhood. We did not worry about our teens riding bikes throughout the community - they loved access to the bikes and a little freedom to explore. Community amenities were also very nice (pool, mini golf, tennis and pickle ball courts). The location is close to everything and beach parking on the side streets was easy and only a 2 min drive away. House was super clean and really cute. Beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated being able to bring our dog - she enjoyed the low front window so she could watch outside. Very nice neighbors and a comfortable clean atmostphere in Montego Bay.

This is a quiet, comfortable place!

We stayed a week and enjoyed it just as much this year as we did 2 years ago when we stayed there before. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and also conveniently located whether you are looking for groceries, libations, nightlife, restaurants or the beach. Highly recommend!

Great place with even better owner

I find planning and executing vacations stressful. We had a change in our family circumstances and Joseph was very accommodating. Huge weight lifted and I can’t thank him enough. We travel to OC a few times a year. We’ve stayed in some high end places and we’ve stayed in some real dives. I can confidently say this is the first place that didn’t leave me feeling like I slept on a stack of pallets. The home was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We come twice a year for Cruisin and I love the action, but when I’m done I’m done. I just want to chill out, watch crime tv and not be woken up by burn outs all night long. Northside park was a quick ride away for a nice long walk for the dogs and we tried Albertino’s. It was great! Really good spaghetti and I’ll be back to try that strawberry shortcake. Thanks again!

Checked all the boxes

My friend, dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the owner who was quick to respond to questions and was very kind and generous (gave us extra check-in and -out time). Although the weather was not ideal, we were very comfortable staying inside since we had everything we needed. The location was close to many restaurants - for a special treat, I highly recommend trying One Coastal in Fenwick Island.

Pre season getaway

Pros - the host is extremely fast with communication. Place was clean and nicely decorated inside. Nice appliances. Location is great and very quiet , nice area to walk as well Had blanket and bowls for our dog. Early and late check in time for pre season Cons - listed as King / Queen / single bunks There was no king. The master was a queen with bathroom , the 2nd is a small cute room it is a double day bed, and the 3rd is single bunks. Could be misleading and would not have had room if our adult friends were to stay. Outside is a bit rundown but place has great potential and inside has recently been redone.

Weekend Getaway!

This was the perfect stay for me and my family. Perfect for a famly of four to include 2 teenagers. Location is perfect - close to great restaurants and grocery! Will stay again!
