Momi Vacation Home: Your Home Away from Home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse in Paradise Palms Resort, Kissimmee, FL.

The house itself comprises of a king bedroom on the first floor, with direct access to a full bath. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. Including a master, with ensuite, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom which contains a bunkbed with a queen size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top . Also upstairs, is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The open-plan main floor includes a generous living/TV area, dining with seating for 8, breakfast bar with seating for 6, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite throughout kitchen and into all bathrooms.

Momi Vacation Home features cable TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen; wading pool; covered lanai; BBQ grill; smart TVs; plush bedding; and much more! The home is steps away from the clubhouse which offers a resort-style pool with two spas, sauna, theater, poolside cafe, gym, and more.

Very comfortable stay.

This property is in a well kept, gated community. The townhouse is conveniently located on the property with close proximity to the clubhouse, markets, restaurants and Disney properties and very convenient parking. The hosts graciously allowed us to check in early since there was no conflict with the cleaning staff. The bar at the clubhouse had great snacks and the bartender was very friendly and his drinks were on point. Nice cold tap beer. This well kept property comfortably housed 3 adults and four children with room to spare. Linens smelled great and everything was clean fresh. Overall the property was clean, comfortable and convenient. The property managers were easy to reach and very responsive. Being that this home houses a large group it would have been nice to have more supplies available. Trash liners, more and better quality toilet paper. We are sure other guests have left behind oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings and it would have been nice to not have to repurchase these items and ultimately have them thrown out.The master bedroom could use an upgraded mattress and the kitchen needs a pizza cutter. My 83 year old grandma stayed with us and since the upstairs would have been too much for her she used the downstairs accommodations and has a couple suggestions: add a mirror and foot stool in the downstairs bedroom and a non slip flooring in the downstairs shower for safety .

Definitely Recommend

This vacation rental was perfect. It was so close to Disney and to the store. The community had so many activities for the kids to do when we weren't at the park. The home was absolutely beautiful, my only minor complaint, it needs a fresh coat of paint but other then that, it was perfect. And our host was fantastic. She messaged us right away when we had questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our time here was very nice. The property was clean and easy to find. We did have issues with the garbage disposal and dishwasher. Any communication was responded to quickly with resolution. We would stay again

The property was just as described. The location was perfect for what we needed. Closes to stores, restaurants and Disney! Very clean also. The resort area was a great added benefit that all of our family of various ages enjoyed. Thank You!

Great Place!

We stayed here after we got off of our Disney cruise. It was the perfect place to relax for a night before we headed home. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the snacks that were waiting were very appreciated. The guard was nice when we checked in, and my brother who came to visit for a couple of hours had an easy process to get to us as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Paradise Palms

Size of this townhome was as listed and had plenty of space. It is in a great location in Paradise Palms, walking distance to the pool and clubhouse and great view from the lanai. Mikalla was a very responsive host as we had a couple of problems and they were resolved in a very timely manner (cable TV issues and service was there the next morning, broken coffee pot and a new one was delivered the next morning).

April Trip

We had a great stay at Momi Vacation home. My grandson especially enjoyed the refreshing splash pool! Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels were all provided and all beds were made prior to our arrival. Check in was a breeze. There is a king bedroom on the first floor which worked out perfect for my husband, who has very cranky knees, and me. The owners checked in with us shortly after our arrival to make sure all was good. I was also able to contact them with some questions during our stay. They were very prompt getting back to us. The resort is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. it took us about 20 minutes to get to Epcot and Magic Kingdom. (We were there the week after Easter, along with lots of other folks who had the same idea for spring break! 😜) It was a wonderful trip, with a perfect place to stay and play, and gracious hosts. Can’t wait to go back.
