Located a stone's throw from the golf course and the pretty port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment on the 2nd floor with lift ensures you will have an idyllic stay, a few minutes from the beach and the shops. Its living room opens onto a beautiful and large terrace facing East in a quiet area. You will find a sofa bz (140) and a flat screen TV. In the bedroom, a 140 cm bed and storage cupboards. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, etc. The separate cabin has two single bunk beds, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of the Decree No. 95-949 of August 25, 1995).
