In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day!

Do not be fooled, there are many condominiums in the Sundial community (266 to be exact), but all are not created equal. Rather than placing a reservation through the resort and risking placement in an undesirable unit, vacation in confidence knowing that the unit you book is exactly the unit you will receive.

The F building pool is currently closed for renovations but resort passes are available for purchase that would allow guests to utilize the resort pool. Elevators may or may not be available for your stay, the association is currently repairing them.***
Guest Access:
Certain amenities including the pool, may not be available during your stay. At this time the Pool associated with this condo is closed for renovations. However the greater resort shopping, dining, and Tiki Bar are all open and available for public use. Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool. Guests are welcome to inquire with us prior to booking for current pricing for resort pool use and also availability of Sundial West amenities. As of 4/1, here is the pricing for resort access-
2 adults for $125 plus receive a $60 dining gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar
2 kids for $75 plus receive a $30 dining gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar
Rosen Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool. Tiki bar, restaurants, and shopping at Sundial are available to the public and do not require a resort pass.
The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, yet provide guests the space and serenity they desire while on a much needed retreat.
