In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. Bike or take the golf cart to many nearby restaurants as well as Pier Park shopping.
Golf cart is complimentary for guest use. Golf cart is street legal. There is a separate liability waiver that needs to be completed for use.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 10. This includes adults, infants and children. If additional guests wish to stay on the property they must be approved by the owner in advance and could possibly be subject to additional fees. For safety reasons, please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Bringing additional unapproved guests could result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
