This home is equipped with multiple Smart TVs & fast WiFi for your streaming needs. The backyard has a newly installed putting green, fire pit & large pool. Outdoor dining & lounging options, as well as 4 chaise lounges. Corn hole & ladder ball are located in the garage for your use as well! The property is stocked with all the essentials you need to make travel easy - plenty of towels (pool + bath), basic soaps & starter supplies of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dish pods.
Pool barrier: For your safety, this property features a removable pool barrier. Please note that we can't guarantee its status unless you request it in advance. If you'd like the pool barrier to be installed or removed ahead of your arrival, please notify us at least a week prior to check in. A $200 fee applies for set up/removal service when required. Your safety and comfort is our priority.
Heated Pool: Must be requested and paid for 24 hours in advance to allow water to come up to temperature. Our pool can be WARMED to provide comfortable swimming temperatures in the colder months (October-April) if desired. The cost of utilizing this amenity is $50 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it is not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. Please let us know if you would like to add this as an additional accommodation to your stay for the aforementioned associated fee.
