Step inside and find a big and comfy living room with a flat-screen TV and lots of seating. The sliding doors in the living room open up to the pool deck, offering amazing views of the conservation area filled with wildlife. Right next to the living room, there's a fully equipped kitchen with a cute breakfast nook, a pantry, and a separate dining area.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, including a fabulous master bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the pool deck. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a separate toilet, shower, bathtub, and double vanity. There's also a room with a king bed and another with a queen bed. The bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway next to the king room, with easy access to the pool deck.

Lastly, there are two twin rooms with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, and vanity. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with Roku.

Next to the kitchen, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The games room, accessed through the laundry room, has fun stuff like an arcade game, a foosball table, and an air hockey table.

The fully screened south-facing pool area has a lanai with outdoor furniture and four loungers, so you can enjoy the Florida sun. Relax in the spa (not a hot tub) or take a refreshing swim in the beautiful pool.

The whole house, including the games room, has new vinyl flooring and stylish decorations added in 2021. Experience luxury living at its best in this carefully designed resort.
