During your stay at this home you with certainly enjoy the light and airy feel as you relax after a day at the beach. Walk or bike to nearby Rosemary & Aly's Beach!

This family friendly beach vacation home includes access to the 12,000 sq. ft. community pool. While the property is across the street from the beach, it is a very short walk to the beach and the community provides beach tram service in season ( March - Oct )

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.

Enjoy miles and miles of bike paths as you explore the 30A area. Stroll the village area of Seacrest Beach as restaurants, shopping and ice cream shops are just steps from your front door. If you are a fan of the 30A beach life, then this Seacrest beach home is the perfect spot for you. Centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach makes for easy access and plenty of options in which to choose to walk or bike to after spending your days on the beach or at the fantastic lagoon pool.

Note: The Lagoon Pool area will be closed from Monday, November 6th through the end of Monday, November 20th to make some necessary repairs to the expansion joints. The Lagoon Area will be open for use on Tuesday, November 21st.

Perfect place to get away

Great property & location

The house is beautiful and conveniently located close to the beach and the main pool. It has a decent amount of parking spaces and a great layout. The only thing it needs is a hose and/or shower out front for when you get back from the beach.

Snazzy Crab Stay

We had a great stay at the Snazzy Crab over Thanksgiving. It is in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very well set up and was comfortable & quiet for our group of 5. The pool area is super nice as well.

Great house

We had a great time in this cute house in Seacrest. The neighborhood is pretty. We use the four bikes a lot. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We left the patios upstairs and downstairs. They could use a little more seating in the TV room, the tram service in the neighborhood was spotty, the beach was packed, but the house was great

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable 4 bedroom house in walking distance to beach and all shops and restaurants in Seacrest and Rosemary beach. All beds were comfortable. We had 2 adults and 7 teenagers. There were plenty of dishes to accommodate everyone. Great water pressure in master shower. Overall a great experience for spring break!

The only thing was, it didn’t say anything about no golf carts. But, apparently you can’t have any. The tram did work out nice though. Overall this place was fantastic.

The Snazzy Crab didn’t disappoint!

Beautiful home perfect for a Girls Trip celebration of my daughter’s 18th Birthday!! Comfortable, spacious…the girls loved the bikes that were included in the rental, mom loved the kitchen stocked with lovely beachy dishes perfect for fun after-beach snacking and meals!! We definitely will keep this location as a tradition—a landing point for us girls to continue to connect in the years ahead!!

The house was spacious and well equipped. It was a short distance to the pool which was nice. Unfortunately, the house next-door was under construction while we were there so we are waking up at 7:30 every morning to the sounds of hammers. The only other negative about this neighborhood is the pool situation. You’re not allowed to have any drinks or beverages within 4 feet of the pool. They are really strict about it. It’s pretty lame and I’ve never been to another pool in Florida with that rule. Other than that, the house was great.

Fantastic property and neighborhood

We had invited our family for Christmas and then learned our new home in the area wasn’t going to be ready in time so we were sooo thankful to find the Snazzy Crab. It is so thoughtfully appointed and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and convenient. My 87 year old dad enjoyed walking te neighborhood while my daughters loved riding bikes and visiting local shops and the farmers market. The lovely beach is walking (or quick tram ride) to watch the sunset. Having our dogs comfortable with us was so nice for all of us. Perfect stay. We were there for three weeks and we all loved everything. The property mgmt team was quick to respond to questions and provide a new toaster when the existing one stopped working. Highly recommend!

Almost great!

Little things make the difference in good and great. Burnt light bulbs, construction port-o-lets on the sidewalk, construction work before sunrise on a Friday morning. Most of the problems were Seacrest and not the rental.

Awesome location and property

Loved our time at the snazzy crab. This was our second year staying at this property. We love the location, size of the rooms for families and amenities. We did have an issue this stay with a leak in the ceiling and no one service techs being available to come out during our stay to help. The back bedroom ceiling leaked each night. We realized it was likely from the air unit condensation pan not draining properly. Management was apologetic about not having enough staff to get anyone out to check on the issue however!

One dealbreaker

This was probably one of the best places we have stayed on 30a - house was very clean, well maintained, kitchen had everything we needed and more, etc. we loved this house…BUT don’t think we could ever stay here again. Every single bed in the place was like sleeping on plywood. We all tried swapping nightly to see if one of us could find one that worked. They were all horribly hard and uncomfortable- none of us slept well at all so it stinks to go on vacation to recharge and we were exhausted the whole time. I even slept on the couch one night because the beds were so hard. If the beds were better I would hands down rent this place every single time we went down there, which I have never said about any place we have rented over the past 15 years. But the beds were a deal breaker.

Fine house but a few things to consider…

What we liked… The location was great. The house itself was nice and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the balcony and our kids loved the bunk room. There was a baby gate for the stair and a pack n’ play provided. What we didn’t like… The cleanliness of the house was questionable. We found old underwear hung on the tv wall mount, socks and toys from previous guests under furniture, and hair balls in the corner of the bedroom. What we really didn’t like was the lack of basic household necessities provided for the week. The house sleeps 12 but came with ONE kitchen trash bag, ONE dish towel, ONE roll of paper towels. The bathrooms had a small bar of hand soap but no soap dish. I think there were maybe 8 bath towels in the whole house. We have stayed at many VRBO rentals and never had this experience so I know it’s not typical. There is no outdoor shower (which is fine) but the only outdoor faucet had a lock on it. Not ideal for a beach house. We didn’t let all that ruin our stay but with so many rental options in the area it definitely does make us consider staying elsewhere in the future. If you do stay here for more than a few days bring or plan to buy trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish towels, laundry detergent, and hand soap for bathrooms.

House was beautiful

The house and location were absolutely wonderful. When I did talk to the company, they were very nice. To be completely honest, we had a couple hiccups in communication with the company who owns the house. 1) There should be a detailed binder with info about how to get more bracelets (for the beach), registering our cars for parking, shuttle info, and correct WiFi info. 2) The upstairs bathroom rug was dirty when we got there. Yes, the app was helpful, but it needs more info. They responded quickly when we got there, and they were very nice when they dropped off the towels. She even gave us extra soap! But when I tried to ask about correct WiFi info, they never responded. (The username wasn’t even correct for our property.) Besides those couple things, everything was great. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

Family Trip

Trip was excellent. Enjoyed the beach and got to do some deep sea fishing. The house was clean and very nice. We had an issue with their not being any wash cloths when we got there but it was corrected in a timely manner. The tram took a very long time to pick you up, and if you want to rent beach chairs you better do it the week before which would have been good to know. The house was great and the area was too. There are many cool stops close by. I recommend staying there. We will be back.

Okay stay but expected more

Checkin was pretty straightforward so no problem there. The home is beautiful but unfortunately was not clean. The sofa sleeper sheets was full of sand and a dirty sheet was left on it. There were clean sheets in a package for the sleeper. Some bathrooms had no towels and a few that did were dirty so we had to wash them. Very old, worn, pots that would not come clean. They were suppose to send a clean pan or two but they never came. There was blood on the master bathroom door which was not cleaned. The master bed under covers had stains on them. Broken door in downstairs bedroom that I received a text after my stay letting me know they were fixing. No one contacted me to apologize for my experience which was disappointing.
