Located on the ground floor of a detached house with a pretty garden, this one-bedroom apartment of approximately 30m², perfectly equipped, ideal for a stay of two people, consists of:
- A beautiful living room with fitted kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine), TV with Box-Internet
- A bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and storage,
- A bathroom with WC.

Plus points: top-of-the-range services, neat decoration in the "natural white" style, ideal location, storage, easy and free parking, sofa bed, high-speed fiber-internet, RJ45 and USB sockets, secure access.

We also provide premium quality towels and bed linen, a few coffee capsules and very high speed fiber optic Wifi-internet is free.
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.
We will ask you to send us an ID before your arrival.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

The arrival in the apartment is done independently thanks to a key box from 5 p.m. A surcharge will be requested for an arrival before 5 p.m.

If you want to eat, the Brasserie de Parilly located next to the house can welcome you for lunch from Monday to Friday and on order to take away for the evening.

When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
Cleaning costs will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the departure time limit.
