Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room
- a living room with a dining area.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is ideally located :
- close to the thalasso and the beach (10 minutes on foot) ;
- and close to the center of Bourg, with all the shops (market, market hall, bakery, pizzeria, spa, beauty salon, tobacconist's, newspapers, post office, mini-market, etc).

## Emplacement
In Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, priority is given to the surrounding nature. Exploring it is a wonderful pretext for beautiful walks. The 5 landscapes trail, 8 km long, is a concentrate of nature in the area. Stroll along the flowered alleys, through the clos, the small gardens and the wine growers' houses. Visit the XIIᵉ century church. Let yourself be charmed by the old walls of the miller's house and those of La Souillarde. Set off to discover La Noue, a real village within a village, for a fun and original visit.
