Clean, quiet, short 2 min walk to the beach
This is the quintessential 50’s Florida beach condo! This complex was so nicely maintained, with such attention to detail in the exterior, landscaping, pool and you can tell it’s very well maintained and cared for. Our condo was exceptionally clean and I don’t say that often about vrbo’s as I own a cleaning business. I appreciated that greatly. The furnishings all seemed to be new and the condo looked like it was recently renovated. We appreciated the washer/dryer on site as well as beach chairs. The condo is a short 2 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for us. There were two main drawbacks. The first is that since the AC is only in the living room the bedroom got way too warm. The first night was pretty miserable. We had the ceiling fan and stand up fan going and it was still uncomfortable. We figured out that if we kept the closet and bathroom doors closed at all times and put the stand up fan in the doorway to bring in the cooler air it was much more pleasant. The second drawback is that the pullout sofa was extremely hard and uncomfortable and even my 15 yr old thought so as well and didn’t want to sleep on it. Also the ac unit is so loud and runs constantly it definitely kept waking up the person on the couch but it’s a trade off to be in the coolest room. Even with these couple issues we’d definitely stay here again. It was quiet, clean, affordable, a great location and overall a great little place. Thanks!
