Tex-Ann is a beautiful beachfront home located in the family friendly village of Surfside. It is the kind of house that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. This property is spacious and has all the upgrades to make your stay comfortable as if you were at your own home, and with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, you can accommodate a large group up to 18! Your guest will have plenty of space to spread out on the two different leveled decks. One is on the ground level with built-in seating. For your conveniance after a fun day at the beach theres an inclosed outdoor shower, and the other is the upper-level deck that also has a built-in table and bench. You have a private walk over to access the beach. The Master Bedroom is extra large and features both a soaking tub and an enclosed shower. If Tex-Ann has what you are looking for but maybe lacking a little bit of room, then let us know! We have six other homes within a few houses of Tex-Ann!

We now offer optional linen service to fit your needs and budget:

• Bring Your Own Linens (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels) to save on costs. If you would like to bring your own linens ask us to remove the cost which is included in the cleaning fee.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!

Thanksgiving at Surfside

Despite weather conditions, guests enjoyed sunrises, beach views and brief outings to the beach. Also the beach house had a large open area in kitchen, eating area and sitting area. Plenty of rooms for family members and two bedrooms had a TV for additional viewing. House had slide out beds and pullout couches for additional beds. However we did not have to use them.

Great location!

We had a great time at this place and would recommend to families and friend groups looking for a fun beach weekend! I do believe it oversold how many it can sleep comfortably on the listing. We didn't have as many people as it advertised and we were all out of beds and couches. It also didn't make it super clear that 4 of those people were on pullout couches - not a big deal, but would've liked to tell our friends that before they arrived. Some were disappointed when they realized those were their sleeping arrangements. It is a beautiful house though and the location is AMAZING! We had a great time!

Tex Ann is a great location

We enjoyed out stay at the Tex Ann. It was a great location, unobstructed view of the beach and a short walk to the beach.

Fabulous Location needs a huge overhaul cleaning

The houses location & ramp down from the house are amazing especially for elders. The house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning & maintenance. I would rent this property again if I knew it had been properly cleaned & I was better prepared & had my group bring their own bedding & pillows. The beds, pillows & linens we paid for were in terrible condition. The fridge leaked water & needs to be fixed it ruined several of our food items. The rental company was responsive to our concerns & I am hopeful they will work on the property. There was no prior reviews for me to read I hope this one is posted so future guest are prepared.

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.

In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
