NIGHTLY DEALS 8/3-7 - CLOSE BEACH ACCESS - Beautiful Island Park 4 Bedroom Home

This beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath home in desirable Island Park Cottages will make your vacation a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the ocean views from the deck or the master bedroom. There are two queen beds and two king beds. Linens are not provided, but can be rented through local companies, if desired. The home sleeps eight guests comfortably. There is also a pack-n-play. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower, as do the upstairs bedrooms. A spacious living area with vaulted ceiling offers lots of amenities including a 50" Smart TV, wi-fi and a Blue-Ray DVD player provides a comfortable retreat. Each bedroom has its own TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers an air fryer, cracker crisper, food processor and KitchenAid mixer. The house is also near a pond where guests can fish or kayak/paddle board. We do NOT provide linens, but do provide an initial roll of toilet paper and kitchen trash bag as well as a roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent.

Family vacation

Last minute getaway

Jennifer's communication was excellent and the process of renting this lovely home was seamless. We made a quick impromptu trip into town to look at some real estate and enjoy the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Quaint & Cozy on Ocean Isle

This was our first time in Ocean Isle and if we had the opportunity to book this home again, it would not be our last. This was an amazing find! The two-story home was in a great area of the beach with great add-ons. Although we didn't use it there was a swung and BBQ grill at the home. It was clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of space for our party of four to relax. The owners were extremely nice to work with and accessible to answer our questions when needed. The check in/checkout process was a breeze. The only downside was the description of the bed sizes was a little off, however we made it work. If you get the chance BOOK this beautiful home.

Great location

We enjoyed our time at Jennifer’s home. She was very responsive with everything that we needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Easily walkable back-and-forth to the beach. We joined two other couples, and brought her two year old daughter. We were able to put the pack and play in a large closet without closing the door, which was perfect. Home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Small things missing

I knew linens were not provided so I was prepared, but will not book a property without linens in the future. The community pool should have chairs and umbrellas. The out house at the community pool was below standard for this community. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Our family had a great time.

Another great trip to OIB

We've stayed at this property three times and have always had a great trip. The kitchen is well-stocked and there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. We love that the pool is just a short walk away for the days that are breezy on the ocean. Jennifer quickly addressed an issue that we found upon arrival with the owners and has always been very friendly to speak with. We hope to have stays at this property again in the future!

This was our 17th year staying at OIB. We have stayed in these houses before and really enjoyed it. This was our first time in this house and it was wonderful. Easy access to everything, clean, beautiful furnishings, everything you could possibly need, and Jennifer is easy to work with and communicates fast. We will be back.

Great spring break trip!

My family and I enjoyed visiting over spring break this year! The house was spotless, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, our kids loved playing with the games that were provided. Many nights of dominoes were had! This house is so convenient to the beach, you don't need a golf cart. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and will be back! Wow what can I say about Barbour Harbour / 3 Oleander except for how awesome that place was for my group of friends! It had everything you need plus more! Perfect house for our family of 3 couples

Loved the house; especially the well stocked kitchen. We cooked all week and enjoyed the 2nd floor outside dining area for evening meals. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Beach access nearby. We love Ocean Isle Beach and hope to book in the future.

Excellent property with great beach access

Much closer to the beach than we expected, at most a 5 min walk, the pool was also very close. Plenty of space for people to gather, kitchen had tons of appliances and had everything we needed. AC worked great. Outside shower needed a bit of TLC, but we rinsed off our feet with the hose provided and was just fine. Beach chairs were supplied, which was great as we did not bring enough.

This was our second stay at this property. We really enjoy the location and the layout of the house works well for our family. The kitchen is very well stocked. It's definitely nice to have beach chairs/wagon available so we don't have to bring ours. We look forward to more stays here!

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. We love Ocean Isle Beach and wanted a place to make memories with our children and grandchildren.
