This delightful 2nd-floor apartment is located on a quiet residential street and is only 7 miles from the beach! Shopping and dining options are less than a mile away. The apartment has been remodeled and hosts a sofabed in the living room, and a queen-size in the bedroom. This is perfect for a beach vacation and includes complimentary WiFi as well as all of your basic kitchen needs. A dedicated parking spot is included!

Needs some new sleeping materials.
The house is ok & in good neighborhood , The bed is a dissaster it is broken & matras not good, & we found under the matras bed bugs traps. The sofa bed matras is soft & you feel all the springs, Pots & pans we were missing a large pan.

Nice property and at $66/night plus fees, a fantastic vslue. Definitely better than say a Best Western. The kitchen was stocked and eating in is the number one way to save money. The area is relatively quiet snd right by a few key bus stops. Cons: janky outdoor stairs and windows. The stairs are dangerous in the rain. The chairs in thr common area are rotted. Also the showerhead is short. Because i have mobility issues i wouldnt go back until the stairs are changed. Otherwise id definitely go back its a great value.

Filthy apartment
I walked in and walked out. The place was filthy. Sheets were disgusting with hair on it and other stuff. Everything was falling apart. There were two towel sets there (brown old towels with some bleach stains on them) instead of 5 sets as the place is advertised to fit 5 people. The air conditioner was making noise similar to the tractor so there was no way anyone can sleep in that place. The mattress looked (i did not dare to try it) worn out with sagging in the middle. Cannot imagine sleeping on it.

I blame VRBO for screwing our reservation. We chose a single family house, not second floor. We are in mid 70’s and that staircase is unsafe. Also no outdoor lighting climbing fire escape stairs. No other exit in case of fire. Poor water pressure in shower. Windows had broken screens. We believe this rental is in violation is safety codes. Felt like I was dealing with AI when messaging host.

NEVER ATTEMPT TO RENT HERE
The owner never provided entry info or returned calls. I ended up applying for a refund from VRBO. It should be removed from the site as it's only going to cause it harm. I probably won't use the service again as I no longer trust it.

Our experience
We drove for 11 & half hours, got fhere & had to wait another 3 hours to get our code to get it, couldnt reach a property manager, had to stay on hold with VERBO til finally got our code. I was not a pleasant person at this time. Thought we were gona have to find another place at last moment. Double in price may i add, but thankfully vrbo found a code in an email the owners never sent me & we were able to get in. Once that got resolved we had the best vacation, everything worked out great!! Very clean & just as pics showed, could be more pleased. No beach view but was awesome.

Never again
Be sure to request exterior photos and watch out for the roaches. Unclean, limited toilet paper (it was a roll of paper towels), big roaches, rude neighbors, terrible sheet/bedding, loud wall unit A/C, overall one of the WORST Vrbos we have used as a family.

the apartment was exactly what we needed. My only complaint is that it was not as clean as places I've stayed in the past (somethings were clearly not wiped down, like the A/C unit or the bathroom sink) but was pleasant
