NEW SUMMER DISCOUNTS - 9TH FLOOR OF LUXURY CONDO-STUNNING SUNSET VIEWS

Experience this stunning 2br/2ba condo with Direct Gulf Views and Stunning Sunsets! The views from this 9th floor unit are incredible! Looking left and right from our balcony all you see is Marco Beach - and of course don't forget the stunning sunsets over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

We recently finished our phase 2 remodel (September, 2021) - the kitchen was gutted and redone - ceilings raised, all new cabinets, full size washer dryer, all new appliances, window coverings, furniture, electronics, all new hi-def/smart tv's!

Watch the dolphins swim by everyday with your morning coffee or happy hour! Newly remodeled w/ phase one including all new flooring, furniture/beds, wall and window coverings! Fully equipped with all amenities - including 2 bikes, beach chairs/loungers/toys, tennis rackets, beach wagon, coolers, umbrellas, in unit full size washer/dryer, etc.

Please note that since this is a new rental listing on VRBO, we only have 20 reviews as of this writing (all 5 Star). If you'd like to see how we handle our rentals and see how other travelers have rated us, please look at property 976726 (our other unit in the Somerset - unit 414 - which is a 3br/3ba). We have over 80 reviews for that unit!

Pictures have been updated thru phase 2 of our remodeling - phase 1 included all new flooring, window coverings, furniture, appliances and TVs (all smart tv's and a 65" in the living room). Phase 2, which is totally gutting and updating our kitchen was completed in September, 2021. Included in this phase was adding full size washer/dryer, all new cabinets and countertops, all new appliances and flooring. Pictures have been updated.

Our condo association allows 5 in all of our 2br units (please see our other units 413 and 414 - property id 3402702 and 976726 if your group is larger than 5 - they are 2br and 3br units which are allowed 5 or 7). Our master br has a king size bed and the 2nd br has 2 full size beds. We also have a Queen size high quality air mattress and battery powered air pump.

Please also note that our condo association requires a $150 application for each rental. The owner will provide the link for this fee to be paid by the guest on a separate website after booking. Prior practice was to include this as part of the VRBO booking process, but our association just changed this effective September, 2021.

Beautiful Condo in peaceful Marco

Brad was just great communicating with us prior to our stay—-with hurricane IAN 5 weeks prior to our arrival. His patience was wonderful. The 9th floor condo was recently renovated and was beautiful, clean, modern and just had great space. The balcony was a constant relaxing place for us….again great space, newer furniture and great views. Overall A-plus for this place. JT 11-5-22

One of the best condos in the Somerset

Very clean with a perfect sunset view is the easiest way to describe this rental unit. You're on the 9th floor and it feels like the entire Gulf of Mexico is visible from your own secluded balcony. Every night you can witness a breathtaking sunset without needing to run out to the beach. All day long you can sit in the shade and watch dolphins and pelicans hunting for snacks out on the water. Without a doubt this is one of the nicest and cleanest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and without a doubt we would try to come back here again.

Perfect!

This condo is in a perfect location. It’s on a great section of the beach and not too crowded. The condo itself is beautiful! Newly renovated, clean and beautifully decorated. I love that the condo had a bathroom for both bedrooms, and the second bedroom had 2 beds. All beds were extremely comfortable. It has a spacious balcony with comfortable furniture that overlooks the ocean and sunset. The condo supplied everything we needed, from kitchen supplies, towels, and everything we needed for the beach. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Somerset Marco Island

Our family has been vacationing in Marco Island for over 20 years and we have stayed at The Somerset for the last 15 years. This unit was spectacular. Vey clean, modernized and fully stocked. Dealing with the owner, Brad, was a wonderful experience throughout. He was extremely responsive and made sure to follow up on all inquiries very quickly. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Fantastic Stay with Great Views

Our family of four enjoyed this fabulous condo! We had a great time watching the sunsets from the balcony, the short walk to the beach and all that the property has to offer. The condo is fully stocked with everything one may need. This includes both in the condo as well as items for the beach.

Fabulous balcony!

Brad is a great host and promptly replies whenever you have any questions. It is hard to capture with photos how amazing the condo is and the balcony is the best with such comfortable furniture. We loved the beach and how quiet it is at the condo complex. There are also lots of high quality restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The condo also has all the beach supplies you could possibly need at any age. We hope to return soon.

Best of the best!

If you are looking for sun, sand and sea this is the place to be. Lulled to sleep by the soothing sound of the waves and awakened by the breaking surf, gleeful gulls and cooing morning doves this is the place to be. Breathtaking view!

Our family of 4 rented this amazing condo and we couldn't have been happier! The condo is very clean and beautifully updated with a view that will take your breath away, especially at sunset. The location is great, we were able to walk to several restaurants, ice cream place and a convenience store for last minute items. The owner was fantastic to deal with and we are hoping to be back soon!

Fantastic Condo

This condo on the 9th floor at Somerset had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. A gorgeous ocean view with comfortable lanai furniture and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys for my granddaughter. The condo was well equipped but if something was missing, I texted Brad the owner and it was there the next day. I would most definitely return to this condo. It was perfect! No complaints!!

Absolutely Amazing Stay

When we opened the front door and saw the view, it took our breath away. EVERYTHING about this condo is spectacular. The views, the decor, the location, the owners. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was as beautiful and well equipped. The owners thought of every possible thing you may need to make your stay perfect. Loved our stay on Marco Island!

Brad was beyond helpful with all the information needed for our stay! He was very accessible and helpful with any questions or concerns we may have had. The condo was exactly as described and the view was better than anticipated! Loved the sunset views of the gulf after a relaxing day at the beach! They had all the extras needed for our family of four to go to beach, cook our meals or even take a fun bike ride! The condo is in a great location and within walking distance to great restaurants. Very pleased with our stay and hopefully can return in the very near future!

Beautiful, clean unit with Million Dollar view!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, newly renovated condo. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. The 9th floor view of the gulf is awesome. Fantastic lanai with a full-size table, sofa and chairs. Hosts Brad & Anita have provided everything a family might need-- items for the beach, books, games, and much more. When we asked if pickleball rackets were available, Brad had a set shipped overnight to the condo. He was a great host who always made himself available for anything we needed. We would 100% recommend this condo stay to anyone, and would definitely stay here again. Tom & Linda C.

Brad and Anita’s place was lovely. Really nice ocean views from the balcony. Very clean and well equipped with just about everything we could have asked for. Close drive to many restaurants and about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples. Brad was very responsive via text with all of our concerns.
