Unsere 4 Apartments befinden sich in einem privaten Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert im Herzen des historischen Zentrums von BEAUNE.
Das BEAUNE SAINT ETIENNE ist eine 58 m² große Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Aufzug und verfügt über eine ausgestattete überdachte Terrasse (8,5 m²).
Es ist ideal für seine Lage und seine Freundlichkeit.
Es besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Einbauküche (Achtung, nur Wohnung ohne Geschirrspüler), einem Essbereich, einem Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett von 200×160, einem Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und separatem WC und eine private möblierte und überdachte Terrasse.

Perfect Beaune Lodging & Location

I was in town for the Hospice de Beaune and could not pick a better location. Steps from the center, clean and modern with all amenities. Highly recommend!

Close to it all

Lovely clean apartment with outdoor space. Car parking but not needed in this small town. Nice amenities like washer and dryer and room AC. We loved our seat exploring Beaune!

Absolutely Fabulous Apartnent in the center of Baube

Joce is a delightful host. Her apartment offers everything you would need during a short or long visit. Situated in an ideal location where you can walk to many restaurants, shops and wine bars. Highly recommend this 5 star apartment.

Great location, well equiped

We enjoyed our stay close to the center of Beaune. The parking is a bit far away, but once we learned the way, it worked out well. Kitchen well equipped, air conditioning worked well. We recommend this for up to 4 people. Walk to everywhere.

Great location, great host, comfortable beds

A little on the small side. Travelling with my elderly mother, the lift was a blessing, however hand rail in shower would be a great addition. Heating was adequate but a little on the cold side.

Great place in Beaune

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment in the center of Beaune. The arrangements were made and our host went out of her way to be sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, and had a lift! Beautiful furnishings and a nice welcome bottle of wine. Joce was so helpful with restaurant reservations and other recommendations. Would come back and highly recommend to others!

A beautiful appartment in a very good location

Bright, comfortable, spotless apartment

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay in this spotless, well-equipped and beautifully decorated apartment. Everything was provided for our comfort, an abundance of immaculate and fluffy towels, kitchen dishtowels, laundry detergent for the efficient washer, a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge, and an assortment of starter items in the pantry (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc.). The kitchen had every possible convenience, bottle openers (of course), salad spinner, a huge assortment of beautiful dishes to choose from, chopping boards, good quality silverware, kitchen knives, everything you could possibly want was close at hand. The location is ideal, inside the charming walled city with a grocery store a block away, lots of boulangeries, patisseries, specialty wine and gourmet stores, everything close at hand. The wi-fi connection was super strong and reliable. But the best part of our stay has to be the owners, Joce and Yan. Lovely people who can't do enough for you, going above and beyond the expected to make your stay easy and enjoyable. I can't recommend this experience enough. We travel to France every year, sometimes twice a year, and this is hands-down the best reception and friendliest hosts we have ever had the good fortune to meet. Enjoy!

Wonderful apartment in a great location in Beaune

We had a perfect stay in downtown Beaune with my wife and in-laws. The location could not have been better - we stepped out the door and were just steps away from local amenities and attractions. Beaune is a small town, so being smack in the center allowed us to get around easily and comfortably take in all the sites. We arrived by car and the friendly owner, Joce, was there to meet us and show us the apartment. An added and unexpected bonus was that they have a car garage nearby where you can park for free using a provided parking pass. The apartment is spacious with 2 separate, private bedrooms (despite what the the property description says) where we all stayed very comfortably. The kitchen - where we prepared most of our (albeit simple) dinners of fruit, bread, cheese and meats from the local shops - is well-equipped. The weather was amazing, so we enjoyed those dinners on the lovely patio, which was easily enough room for the four of us to sit and eat. One thing to note is that there is a church bell directly next door that chimes on the quarter hour from 7am through 10pm or so. If you decide to stay at this great place, and you're sensitive to noise in the night or morning, bring some ear plugs. Communicating and doing business with Joce was very simple. She speaks English well and provided all of the information we needed before arrival via email, and even had a useful homemade folder offering suggestions of things to do in the city and in the region. I highly recommend Beaune Rousseau St. Etienne for couples and small families.

A Fantastic Apartment in Beaune!

The apartment is as described in words and pictures. They have done a brilliant job of combining the old wood beams with modern interior. Jocelyn was fantastic! She was right there to greet and orient us. The apartment is very well appointed and the kitchen has all one would need. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the covered terrace. It rained our first night there and we were still able to enjoy being outdoors. It is very located in the heart of Beaune and an easy walk to everything in the city. There is a very good patisserie as well as a Casino store very close to the apartment as well as many restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks to Jocelyn for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay

A fantastic property in the heart of Beaune, you can walk all around this beautiful town. The apartment is very well set up and stylishly furnished. There are some games that our kids appreciated. Joce is a very hospitable host and is happy to help you, for example she organised a babysitter and dinner reservations so we could enjoy a night out. We would love to return one day!

Un séjour parfait !

Wonderful apartment and host!

My American family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 7) had a wonderful 3 night stay in the apartment. We would have loved to stay longer. It's ideally located in the center of Beaune, with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and a Boulangerie within half a block. Jocelyn was an excellent hostess. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you might want to do, and the apartment was very comfortable. We loved our time in Beaune, including our visit to the Hospices de Beaune, riding bikes in the country, and taking a car to visit nearby castles.

Beautiful Stay in Beaune

My husband and I stayed in Joce's Beaune apartment for our entire stay in Burgundy. We were welcomed by Joce and her husband on arrival and enjoyed our stay. She went out of her way to help us out and was really above and beyond all expectations. The apartment itself is on a quiet street very close to the center of town and you can walk to restaurants, shops, and wineries within seconds! The apartment also has everything you need to cook your own meals and make coffee in the mornings before going out on a day exploring. The bed was very comfortable and despite some very chilly mornings in Beaune the week we visited, we were warm and cozy in the apartment. My husband had a left an item accidently on the train and our French is terrible so Joce helped us call the train company to help get the item back. She also drove us to pick up our rental car downtown and showed us how to use the parking garage with a prepaid ticket. I can't speak enough about how hospitable, kind and welcoming it was to stay in this apartment. We were also able to use bikes in the apartment to go biking around the vineyards outside of Beaune. I highly recommend staying in the apartment if you will be staying in Beaune. It is everything you will need to have the perfect stay and Joce and her husband are the perfect hosts!

Beaune Sweet Home, le gite qui porte bien son nom

Beaune Sweet Home, se sont des gites qui portent bien leurs noms ! En effet, Joce et Yan ont tout fait pour qu'on s'y sente comme à la maison (nous avons logé au gite St Etienne avec nos 2 filles) ! Un accueil d'une extraordinaire gentillesse, plein de petites attentions, tous les équipements nécessaires dans toutes les pièces de l'appartement, une propreté sans faille, la literie et les canapés de très bonne qualité, et que dire de la décoration ! Félicitation à Joce pour son goût très sûr ! :) Sortis de l'appartement, tout est à porté de main ! Les commerces, les Hospices, et autres charmantes ruelles de cette ville où il fait bon flâner ! bref, nous n'avons qu'un conseil à vous donner : ALLEZ-Y !!! Carole et Jean (74)

The South Africans in Beaune

We (husband and wife) stayed in Joce and Yan's apartment in Rousseau des Landes from 24 Aug to 3 September 2016. We could not have been more pleased with the spotlessly clean and well-appointed apartment and the location. On arrival, Joce presented us with a 'care package' of wine, madeleines, bread, milk ... and home-made rhubarb jam ... she is so kind and considerate. There is everything one could need in the apartment (down to the tiniest details, e.g. salad spinner, sharp knives - to the bigger details, such as modern appliances. All the daily requirements were provided (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt etc) so there was no need to rush out to do grocery shopping. Joce had thought of everything in terms of notes on how to use appliances, suggestions on where to shop, where to buy bread, where to dine. The little balcony was our favourite feature, and we spent happy meals out there. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment (and the owner!) and hope to stay with them again in the near future. Thank you Joce and Yan!
