Perfect location

Loved staying on Pinkney St. Close to restaurants, shopping, naval academy and the docks. Having a dedicated parking space was extremely helpful!

Fabulous Stay!!

We had the most amazing visit to Annapolis and this wonderful home was absolutely perfect for our family for Plebe Parents’ Weekend. Every room is beautifully appointed, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen meets every need for someone who wants to cook, and the rooftop deck offers a lovely and relaxing respite from the world. We will definitely stay again!

Best Location and Very Nice Inside

I would say that this place is so cool because it is right downtown and ideal if you are trying to visit USNA . The one parking space is a huge benefit as well. Very convenient. I liked that you could walk out the back or the front depending on where you wanted to go. Nothing like putting your name in at the rooster for bfast and then walking back and waiting in your place. Here is my one note - the loft bedroom is very cool, and we used it for the one single guy in our group. However it is weird that you have to walk through the bedroom on the second floor to get to the bathroom from the loft. That is not obvious on the listing so I share that for others knowing our group had a little trouble with that fact. Overall I cannot say enough good about the place though. I will try to rent it again when i visit again.
