There is an allowance of $42.00 per week for electric consumption, any significant higher usage will be billed with $0.18 per KWH and settled with the security deposit within one week after departure. Unser zweiter Besuch dieses Jahr

Der Titel sagt alles. Würde es uns hier nicht zu 100% gefallen wären wir nicht das zweite mal hier 😉 Sauberes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Publix und einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder 😎

Tolles Haus mit perfekter Betreuung vor Ort

Wir haben 9 Nächte im Haus verbracht. Vom CheckIn bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt geklappt. Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Die Betten sind erstklassig, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der große Pool mit dem dazugehörigen, komplett mit Insektenschutz ausgestatteten, Aussenbereich mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Liegen etc. Das Grundstück ist durch Palmen und einen geschlossenen Zaun gegen Blicke von außen geschützt. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und der nächste große Publix Supermarkt ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war erstklassig. Mein lieber Kurt: Vielen Dank für die vielen Tipps, den netten Kontakt und die schnelle, unkomplizierte Hilfe bei der kleinen Autopanne. Ohne dich hätten wir sicherlich einen Tag Urlaubszeit verloren!! Viele Grüße aus Norddeutschland

Wonderful stay at House Orange Blossom!

The location and curb appeal of House Orange Blossom exceeded our expectations. The house is lovely, clean, well maintained and stocked with plenty of linens, towels and kitchen cookware. We made good use of the beautiful pool, the many outdoor loungers and the outdoor dining table and chairs. Our host Kurt was extremely attentive and addressed all of our needs promptly. He ensured our stay was enjoyable. We love House Orange Blossom and look forward to returning next year!

We love it!

It was amazing, the renter help us because we had a really bad home before. We booked and after 3h we have to go inside! It was really nice and clean…the owner and the manager tell us everything. If we had a question, a request comes fast! The house is in a really good condition. The pool is cool and the neighborhood can not look at you! It is full of all you need for cooking, grill and other stuff. We had a amazing time at this place wich is in a really good neighborhood and you need only a few minutes to find the Marina, Publix, Restaurants. If you like to bike, their are bike lanes. All in all, it was the best decision to book that house! Thanks a lot and see you soon!

The perfect vacation home

The house is located in a quiet residential area without traffic noise. It is fully equipped and furnished and decorated with love. The booking process and contact with the property management on site is completely uncomplicated. Kurt responds to questions within minutes. For us it was the perfect accommodation and if I could I would also give six stars. We will definitely come back and can fully recommend Villa Orange Blossom.

Kurt was very responsive via text. Quick answers. Had a cable problem with one of tvs. He arranged for company to come and fix it. Never met Kurt, all comms via social media. Very effective and non intrusive. Would love to rent again, but already taken for next 2 winters. Rich

Superb....

The property is perfectly described and all photos are accurate. We had a wonderful stay with everything provided as described. Kurt the property manager was always in hand, not that we needed him. Hi communication prior to arrival was spot on, sufficient to ensure we got in OK without any pestering from his side. Overall I have rated this 5 star as that is what we felt the property and property manager deserve. Exactly what we were looking for. Thank you.

Great House

Beautiful house with tons of amenities. It was especially helpful to have things like dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent since you can't really buy small quantities of those. Outside area is especially enjoyable. PLENTY of towels available, which was something we've had an issue with at other properties. Owner really thought of everything, and we would definitely stay again! (One small thing, the mailbox for the house is across the street, so we went to the wrong house at first, but we figured it out. Make sure you look for the number on the house, NOT on the mailbox!)

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican! The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The house and pool were very clean and beautiful. The property manager was very helpful. Whenever I reached out to him, he got right back to me! He gave us some great recommendations also! We will definitely be going back!

Pool area great !!

We enjoyed our month at Orange Blossom. The pool was sparkling clean!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Beach chairs were provided. And the area was great, convenient to grocery store .

Great house for Spring Break

We had an amazing time at the Orange Blossom property. When we arrived the house was as described. Kurt the manager was very helpful will share information about the area and places to check out. The property was stocked with plenty of linens and everything needed for our cooking needs. Pool was very nice. Only thing to be mindful of is your power usage, we didn't use the pool heater or adjust the thermostat and we still exceed the allowed usage and we charged a minimal cost of $13 for going over. Overall the house and host were amazing, would definitely return.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had plenty of towels. Nice neighborhood. The reason for a lower score under the accuracy of the online listing is that we were charged extra for excess electricity use. We were rarely at the house and we had the AC off most of the time. We also watched TV about one hour in a week. The extra electricity use may have been from the pool heater. If that is the case then I feel the daily rental should be increased to include the pool heater. Over all would definitely stay there again!!

Great property but issues with manager

House is beautiful. Quiet location, though not very convenient to beaches or golf courses. Pool is great and plenty of outdoor seating. But there were no written instructions at the house. The tv didn’t work and since no instructions at the house on how to use it we spent some time trying to figure it out. Finally contacted the manager who came over Sunday. He tried all the things we did and finally said he would contact the cable company. This cost us most of Sunday as we had to wait at the house for him to come. On Monday he dropped off a new cable box which we had to install and set up. Not fun and more time lost. While there on Sunday he went over how to change the temperature of the pool way too fast for us to follow. It was set at 88 and we assumed he changed it back to 82 degrees. We never changed it, or the AC temp. It turns out he left it at 88 degrees which caused us to exceed the rather stringent requirements on electric use. He tried to charge extra, we refused to pay. So, great house but we strongly recommend you have Kurt, the manager, meet you when you check in and go over in detail how to set the pool and anything else you might need to know, since there are no written instructions at the house. Also, not enough paper products. There were only 2 of us for 5 days, and another adult with us the other 2 days (we stayed 1 week). We had buy toilet paper, there were no extra trash bags or paper towels. Great property but very indifferent management. We have stayed in numerous vacation homes over the years, so we have very realistic expectations.
