Perfekte Lage für Familien / Golfer / Paare für Ferien auf der Intracoastal Waterway !!

Diese 3 Br / 2Ba Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock mit fantastischem Blick auf die Intracoastal Waterway unter einem Baldachin von majestätischen, Jahrhunderte alten lebenden Eichen. Zugriff auf Meilen zu Fuß / Radwege Schritte von der Tür und nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu den Restaurants und Boutiquen. Zwei Weltklasse-Golfplätze innerhalb von fünf Minuten mit dem Auto!

Schöne individuelle Dekoration mit einer voll ausgestattete Gourmet-Küche mit Sub-Zero Kühlschrank und Edelstahl KitchenAid Geräte. Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche und Badezimmer, Bronze Lehren im gesamten zusammen mit Ralph Lauren Teppichboden und Sonderlackierung Farben.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem separaten soaker Wanne und Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, und das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Das zweite Bad hat eine große Badewanne / Dusche.

Unsere Wohnung hat in voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. Riesige 27 'x 15' abgeschirmten Balkon / Veranda mit einem Essbereich und einen separaten Wohnbereich. Herrliche Pool, Whirlpool und Cabana-Bereich wurde vor kurzem fertig gestellt und eröffnet.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, alles, was Sie mitbringen müssen, sind Sie sich und Ihre Koffer!

Great Balcony with a view

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. This unit has a huge screened balcony with a very nice view of the canal, where we enjoyed having our morning coffee. All the comforts of home

We enjoyed our week in Palm Coast. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a couple questions during the week and the owner Liz was very fast to respond to us. We visited St. Augustine, Daytona and Kennedy Space Center during our stay. This condo centrally located for tons of family fun. Our favorite part of the Condo was the beautiful back patio over looking the intercostal water way.

Beautiful Condo in Quiet Building

Stayed here for a week and looking forward to coming back. Condo is great space for families looking to relax and be close enough to everything without being in the middle of a tourist trap. Balcony is nice place to relax and have a meal or read a book. Had an issue where a pull chain on a fan broke, but I contacted Liz and she took care of it the next day. Very good communication and easy to follow instructions on getting into the unit.

We have vacationed in Palm Coast for several years. This was our first time at Palm Coast Resort and we were very happy with the condo. The condo is clean and comfortable. Perfect!

The condo, building and surrounding property are beautiful and well cared for. The condo was spotlessly clean and had everything we could ever need. We really enjoyed the pool and the screened in lanai, where we spent our mornings sipping coffee and watching boats go by and our evenings sipping wine and watching the occasional thunderstorm. Lots of great restaurants nearby and shopping just a short drive away. We really enjoyed the many walking paths. The owners provided prompt and excellent communication. Perfect place at Palm Coast

Upon arrival the condo was spotlessly clean. This rental is more than adequately equipped and in a beautiful location. The pool was much enjoyed, and the parking garage a nice bonus. If you have kids you MUST visit James Holland Park just a few minutes away. You cannot go wrong with this vacation rental. I would definitely recommend, and how to return one day.

Home away from home

The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Anything we needed was provided for. We loved sitting out in the screened porch for our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening while watching the boats go by in the river! We launched a jet ski from Bing’s Landing on the Intracoastal, had lunch at Captain’s BBQ, rented kayaks from the marina next door, went to the splash pad at James Holland park and Jungle Hut beach & had dinner at European Village! There were activities for everyone! Thank you Liz & Tom for sharing your home. Also want to give special thanks to your cleaning crew who did an amazing job!

Comfortable place, everything you need

Palm Coast Resort (PCR) is located in the heart of Palm Coast, right on the Intracoastal Waterway. We enjoyed taking daily walks on the miles of walking trails accessible right out the front door. Liz/Tom's place is very well appointed and comfortable. Their communication is excellent if you are ever in need.

Great Stay

We stayed for six weeks in winter. We had stayed in this building before and really like it for its location for walking, biking, the beach, and golf. There is also a great garage for parking. We enjoyed the condo. It was plenty roomy and the porch was wonderful with a great view of the Mantanzas River. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fine for what we needed. The Wifi and TV and music system were great. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is getting worn and dated. And we had to rearrange the lighting (which maybe could be improved) for reading. But overall it was a great stay.

Relaxing and Comfortable Condo

What an enjoyable stay we had in Palm Coast area and this condo made it it feel like home. The pictures are exactly what you get .. nice and clean with the beautiful screened in large porch. The place had plenty of room for us and another couple. Liz was very responsive during the rental process and made sure we had everything for our stay in the area. The walking paths are amazing and start right at the parking lot of the condo. Having the Intracoastal waterway outback was a plus seeing the Yachts motor by. I highly recommend this place for vacation and will be back next year!!

lovely condo, convenient location for both beach and town

We have relatives in Palm Coast and have stayed in several different rentals over the last 20 years. This condo was a perfect location for us to be near to our relatives in town, yet also have easy access to beaches (Jungle Hut park is a favorite) and on the A1A to St. Augustine. We enjoyed the view of the intracoastal waterway, the paths along the shore there, and the pool as well (note: pool is closed after dark). The condo itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The manager was easy to contact via email and text, and quick to answer questions (and help when condo wi-fi went out briefly).

Beautiful condo with lots to do close by!

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for 5 nights and it was perfect! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need to make you feel at home. We spent many mornings out in the screened in patio, which was our favorite part. The property is so peaceful with the intracoastal right there..loved it! It is very close to the beach. If you like a quieter beach, we found Jungle Hut beach, which was serene. However, we spent a lot of time at Flagler Beach which had lifeguards and places to eat, etc. Kokomos cafe is amazing! This condo is also only a 40 minute drive to St.Augustine, which is an incredible town filled with history. We loved our stay and Jeff was great about checking in on us! Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous condo!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our 2-family vacation; the pictures don't do it justice…tons of space, beautiful decor, plenty of kitchen tools/cookware/prep-ware, well stocked linens, convenient location, plethora of parking…everything we could possibly have needed! The huge screened in porch was delightful, with lots of seating, and beautiful views of the intracoastal…great for relaxing and unwinding, or even a family game, or two, of cards! Having a full view of the pool/hot tub area was great, too, for keeping an eye on our young teens. We walked to the marina at the entrance of the property, twice, to rent kayaks and paddle boards…so much fun! The location was great; just minutes from scenic A1A and I-95, so getting to beaches & various area attractions in St. Augustine, Daytona, & even Orlando was a breeze. Jeff was a dream to rent from; always a text/phone call away to answer any questions, or help in any way! Definitely the best vacation we've had in awhile!

Even better than the pictures suggested

We are not ones to return to the same location for subsequent vacations but this might just be the exception to the rule. All notion of a vacation home is swept away as you enter the apartment. A welcoming atmosphere created by well placed, tasteful and high quality decoration extends throughout. This is a home and it felt like 'our home' within minutes. The road free, waterfront location contributes to calm atmosphere perfect for letting go of the stresses and daily life. At the same time, the short distance to major routes means this is a perfect base for exploring the many and varied activities offered by NE Florida. We will be looking to return here and will be recommending this property, so lovingly cared for by its attentive and yet secret owners, to family and friends wishing to visit this area.

We bought this condo on the Intracoastal Waterway because it is very relaxing and peaceful, but we still have access to many amenities. We love to get up in the morning and have a cup of coffee and read on the 27' screened in balcony/lanai. We look under a canopy of ancient Live Oak trees out to the waterway where we can enjoy the boats cruising up and down. We can't help but unwind and relax when we are here!

Palm Coast Marina is right next to the condo building with electric boat rentals, kayak rentals, bike rentals and boat slip rentals only marina with gas for miles on the Intracoastal.
