Stay was Amazing!! Kids loved it, loved everything Steve had to offer. We will definitely be returning for sure!! Kitchen fully stocked, extra bedding. Only downfall was the water in the bedroom could be hotter! Also Plenty of places to eat next door.

Great unit, great location, great owner.

Loved our stay here. Great unit which met all our needs and was very comfortable! The owner is fantastic and super responsive. Resort has plenty of amenities and is in a great location in walking distance to many options.The only constructive criticism I give has little to do with the owner or the unit, but figure it is worthwhile info for someone coming soon. Due to renovations the dropoff lane on the Tower 1 side is closed. This means unloading/loading has to occur across the street.Not the end of the world, but when multiple elevators were out at check in on both sides of the street it became about an hour and a half process to fully unload and make multiple trips waiting each time. Otherwise this was a fantastic rental option.

Great location and condo with amenities as described

Steve was great about respinding to questions and providing clear & prompt responses.The condo was clean and had pots, pans. Parking passes, pool passes readily available. The location was great and within walking distance to the pier shops and restaurants. The beach wasn't crowded and towels were available since we forgot to bring some.

Home away from home

This was our 2nd stay in this unit and we will be coming back for sure! Beds were super comfy, great location within the Emerald Beach building, and the owners were wonderful with easy communication. We appreciated the beach supplies available for use since we flew and couldn't bring our chairs, etc. Thank you for an awesome stay!

As Pictured

Condo was as pictured, well stocked, great location! The master bed was so comfy the best bed we’ve ever had at a condo. Only complaints I had bathrooms could’ve been cleaned a little better and that sliding glass door lord was tough to open or close.

Another Great Stay!

This was my sixth time staying at the Emerald Beach Resort and my first time in this unit. We really enjoyed the overall cleanliness of it and everything else was in good working order. And then we really liked the flooring in the bedroom as opposed to carpet and also the walk-in shower instead of a bathtub/shower in the main bathroom. We didn't have much need to talk to Steve but I did appreciate his timely communication with me on the morning of the stay. As an aside, this comment is not specific to the unit itself, but the recent upgrades to the East elevators were a major convenience and sorely needed. Can't wait to come back next year for another relaxing weekend!

Exactly as advertised

Unit was exactly as advertised. The check-in process was easy. Unit was very clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was excellent and you could watch the sunset every night. The amenities were first rate from the pools to the grills and the guest parking. We highly recommend this unit.

Spring Break

Unit was great, bed was comfortable and you can't beat the view. Weather was cooler than I would have liked but still had a great time and made it to the beach a couple of times. Thankfully the pool is heated. We didn't need anything from the owner but prior to our visit, all communication was prompt.

Will be back!

Steve’s condo is amazing. Walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive over to Pier Park. The room is easily accessible and the elevators were quick! The king bed was the coziest bed ever too. We loved every bit of our stay and we will certainly stay here again!

Great room, well maintained and great view. Biggest downside would be elevators as a couple were down and most were often full, which is more on the property than the condo owner. Overall great time.
