Appartement confortable ,calme ,avec une très belle vue sur la mer .

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nadine ,très agréable,qui nous a donné de bons conseils .Elle avait pris soin de nous apporter quelques fruits ,des boissons , du café ...L'appartement est bien situé, très proche des plage où on peut faire du snorkeling, des restaurants mais est très calme .La chambre est climatisée. La pièce principale (donnant côté est) non ,mais ce n'est pas nécessaire car elle est très aérée.Bref un appartement très agréable à vivre.

Exceptionnelle

Comme toujours nous avons été accueillis par Nadine avec beaucoup de chaleur et d’attention. Comme cela était notre 3 IIème séjour au Guatiao nous nous sentons comme chez nous et comme toujours Béatrice et Yvon était très attentifs à nos besoins. Le Guatiao est un lieu de paix et de tranquillité avec la mer à nos pieds et toujours du vent.

Très belle vacances

Très belle location, bien équipé, et bien situé avec une vue superbe, belles petites anses tout près pour la baignade et beaucoup d’apnée, endroit très paisible avec son beau deck ( baignade aussi possible) et sa piscine . Merci encore à Nadine tu est vraiment super 😊

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’appartement était super et la vue sur la baie excellente. Le calme de la propriété nous a permis de se reposer pleinement. Nous avons que de bons mots pour nos hôtes ainsi que Nadine avec son professionnalisme, son accueil très chaleureux, et sa disponibité pour réponde à tous nos besoins. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'appartement bien équipé et avec une vue sur la baie qui est fantastique. L'emplacement à la Pointe du Bout était idéal pour moi qui devait me rendre à Fort de France. J'ai pu faire le trajet par la navette maritime. Quelle chance d'aller travailler en bateau!!! De retour le soir, petits verres en bord de plage, que du bonheur. Le vrai plus de cet appartement est l'accueil de Nadine. C'est une personne hyper souriante, d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours disponible. Elle fait en sorte de solutionner le moindre souci (ex. location de voiture) et d'anticiper des besoins comme réserver le taxi pour le retour vers l'aéroport. Grand grand merci à Nadine. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cet appartement lors d'un éventuel séjour en Martinique.

Voyage de reve

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'appartement. Il était bien équipé avec tout ce donc on pouvait avoir besoin. La vue sur la baie est fantastique ! De beaux levers de soleil et de beaux après-midi venteux sur le balcon. Bonne climatisation dans la chambre. L'emplacement à la Pointe du Bout est parfait. Quatre belles plages à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Restaurants, boutiques et un ferry pour Fort de France également à la même distance. Le gestionnaire immobilier était super sympa et a résolu notre seule demande en une journée. Stationnement pratique. Je ne veux pas recommander cet endroit car nous voulons pouvoir le réserver à nouveau à l'avenir. Mais en attendant, n'hésitez pas à saisir ce super endroit !

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passés 7 semaines merveilleuses au Le Guatiao. Nous avons appréciés le calme et la propreté de l’appartement. La cuisine était fonctionnelle. La chambre pour nous il y avait beaucoup trop de meubles ce qui réduit l’espace et le lit peu confortable. Nadine et Béatrice ont été très soucieuses de notre confort et de notre bien-être. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée ont été très appréciées. Nous allons surement revenir.

What a great place to stay!

This was a wonderfully cozy little apartment where my wife and I stayed for a week. Very short work to the shops, beach and casino of Les Trois Ilets. The cove behind the house was actually a pretty cool place to swim but we didn't spend much time there because the main beach was so close. We would definitely visit again!

Lovely peaceful one bedroom with beautiful view of the water

I recently stayed in the one bedroom apartment "Le Guatiao" and it was by far the best place that I have rented in Martinique. Located on Pointe du Bout, I had a lovely breeze on my balcony at all times. From the balcony I watched the kite boarders do aerobatic flips on the bay side of the peninsula (pointe). Nadine is definitely the BEST apartment/guest manager I have had on all my travels. My rental car had been severely damaged by a hit and run at my previous rental apartment so I ended up without a car and quite upset. Nadine was very sympathetic and helped me in more ways than I can explain in this paragraph. (Nadine also arranged for a taxi driver named Moise -very nice and spoke English-to take me from the apartment to greet my husband at the airport and take us to our next apartment.) Le Guatiao's apartment building is quiet and secure and has a small pool and covered patio in the front courtyard for relaxing or socializing (unfortunately I do not speak French - just a few words) and an open patio in the back facing the bay. There is also a pier in the back and some residents were snorkeling. I thought there may be too many waves for me in the bay, but they did not have any problems. The sandy beach down the road (Anse Mitan) can be reached in just a five minute walk - and there are lots of great restaurants/cafes, bakery, bank, pharmacy, small grocery store and the marina where you can take boat tours (North or South) all near the apartment so I was able to get along without the car. As I left the apartment I told Nadine how much I liked the artwork in the apartment and she told me that the owner Beatrice was the artist! I highly recommend Beatrice's one bedroom apartment if you are traveling solo or as a couple - and I have heard that Beatrice's two bedroom above mine "Le Taino" is even more beautiful. Perfect winter getaway

My husband and I would go back in a heartbeat. The combination of flying direct on Norwegian Air Shuttle from east coast US and choosing this beautiful vacation rental made our winter vacation affordable and enjoyable. We arrived during a torrential downpour and were relieved to find the property with Luce offering umbrellas. Within a day or so the sun came out to stay.This location was so close to nice beaches, shops, restaurants, the marina with ferry to Fort de France and yet a quiet hideaway. Luce was sweet and helpful, the second floor apartment comfortable with lovely views from the balcony and a beautiful courtyard and pool. Although we had rented a car and visited a couple of other locations, including grocery shopping at Carrefour, which is fantastic, we saw little reason to leave Pointe du Bout. The (French) wine at the store was delicious and surprisingly inexpensive. The meals we ate at various restaurants and bars locally were moderately priced and enjoyable. We quickly felt quite at home, greeting people we met, and the little walk down the hill into town once we closed the gate, was easy. I picture myself there, even now and I would recommend this property and location to anyone. Hope to be back soon.

A few issues, yet good location.

Beatrice was very well prepared for our arrival and has a gracious building manager, Luce. We had issues with the plumbing, electric, door access to the beach, and no access to fully closing the windows to the outside to reduce the mosquito issues on the island. We shared our concerns with Beatrice so that she can help with changes for future tenants given the CDC Zika warnings. She was gracious with the feedback. The pool was lovely during the day, yet since it is a residential building, be aware that there may be dogs that bark throughout your stay. The apartment has off-street parking- a must on the island if you are renting a car. It is also walking distance to a public beach and tourist food and shopping center and the ferry to Fort-de-France.

Sweet apartment, close to everything you need!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Karacoli. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and was greeted by Luce. We managed to communicate very well given my spotty French! The welcome snacks were very much appreciated since I arrived late and tired. The apartment has everything you need if you wish to cook. The apartment has good security gates and is a very quiet building. The pool (and garden) although small, was very well maintained and quiet. Most times you can have the pool to yourself. I truly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the warm breeze enjoying my morning coffee. The car rental "Jumbo Car" is just down the hill so very handy. The apartment is attractively appointed and it felt like home! One useful tip: If you happen to be island hoping like I was, there is an inexpensive ferry from Fort de France to Trois Ilets. If you don't have many bags, the ferry dock is a few minutes walk from the apartment. Would have saved me about 80 Euros, if I had known. Cabs are VERY expensive in Martinique and the route is much longer on land. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent séjour

Le Karacoli est situé dans un petit coin de Paradis, calme et authentique. Les réveils face à la mer ensoleillée , le petit ponton d'où il fait si bon prendre un bain matinal, la décoration tendance et soignée des 2 appartements tous 2 parfaitement équipés, contribuent à faire passer des vacances de rêve sur Madinina. Enfin la Pointe du bout, animée à toute heure, bénéficie d'une situation stratégique pour visiter l'île et d'un climat sec et ensoleillé, même quand il pleut sur FdF. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et attentionnés vis à vis des locataires. Nous reviendrons certainement.
