The dining room is home to a beautiful large dining table with seating available for ten. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area separated by an open bar. A hallway from the Dining and Kitchen area leads past a large bathroom , with a separate washer and dryer, into two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a television.

This house boasts a wonderful vaulted Grand Room, with an enormous stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and a gaming table in the corner. Wonderful art adorns every wall, and brings a unique sense of attention to the home. A large deck wraps around the Grand room, and is home to a brand new 10 man Hot Tub. Finally, a bunk room, with its own full bathroom, is located down a rustic wood staircase. This room has 4 twin bunks, and a pull out, and offers a retreat away from the rest of the house.

This property is located on the Mt. Crested Butte Condo Bus loop, which provides excellent transportation to the Mt. Crested Butte Transit Center, at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. From there, a Bus is available to bring you down to Crested Butte Proper, for shopping, dining, and other activities.
