Great Resort

The property was great, the warm water was wonderful to swim in and the sand beach with many chairs was appreciated. We walked along the shore path that went behind our resort as well as the Disney and Four Seasons and found an area where there were sea turtles and saw a seal on the beach! We also appreciated the friendly staff!

Much quieter than staying in Waikiki. Lots of great places to eat and shop not far from resort area. Liked the pathway along the shoreline to walk and watch sunset

Beautiful resort, great location

We had a great time at the Marriot Vacation Beach Club in Ko Alina! The studio room had a nice view of the island and the harbor and a little bit of the ocean. The bed was comfortable. The pools and beach were beautiful and the food was good. We will definitely come back in the future!

Location is beautiful and peaceful. A number of lagoons to swim in - great walking paths. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Resort and Rooms

This was my second time staying at this resort, and I'll definitely keep coming back. The rooms are great, with a nicely stocked kitchenette, I had everything I needed. The resort is relaxing and beautiful, with lots of activities to choose from if you desire. I highly recommend booking through this VRBO manager, it's easy and they have many options.

Relaxing Weekend Get Away

I was hesitant booking through this process but it was seemless when we arrived. We had a beautiful ocean view room with king bed and pull out couch that was great for our weekend get away. We appreciated having the kitchenette to use for easy breakfasts and snacks. The property was fantastic! We walked to Four Sessons each morning for coffee since onsite Starbucks is not our fave but a lovely walk each morning was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! Great hotel, nice rooms, employees were awesome and great restaurants. Minor issues with pools though. Lagoon pool under construction and Refection pool open as a regular pool. We would have preferred it better if refection pool was still a reflection pool as there is already a family pool. Need more pool security, too many people leave towels on lounge chairs and leave the chairs for hours and hours. Jaylynn at pool service was phenomenal! My go to hotel and 5th visit.

Overall great

There was a fire alarm at 5am the first night and so it ruined the first two days as the little kids were tired with out itinerary. They don't do daily cleaning just a heads up. The slide was never open when we went due to being short staffed. They do not have a deep pool. The facilities are nice and clean. The lagoon is beautiful. Great for families despite those hiccups.

Would definitely return!

We made a trip to Oahu in 2015 and had stayed on a different property in Ko Olina. We loved the area, and were excited to find this availability because we remembered looking at this resort. It is beautiful! The beach, the pools, the restaurants, all fantastic. Our studio unit was an ocean view, and we spent many mornings on the balcony enjoying our coffee with a beautiful view. Our only complaint — this particular owner likes to play a bit of bait and switch. He had several units listed at this property; each time, he raises the price when you want to reserve.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Absolutely one of the best if not the very best places to stay on the island of Oahu. This resort and all of the linked properties are stunning and it made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. In my opinion the market was the only thing that needed immediate improvement on. It is very convenient. However it is extremely expensive and inefficient so much so that is such a put off that I witnessed many people refusing to use this place because of long lines to just grab coffee or needing to purchase other items, but having to wait in the food preparation/coffee line in order to check out. Should have two different line check out options, which is already in place but not being used properly. When this is fixed I believe there will be substantial satisfaction increase.

Masisive disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were supposed to have an upgraded ocean view room. We were put on the ground floor, in the least desirable building, deep in the corner, which you couldnt access the sliding door, and next to the noisy laundry building. There was absolutely NO view of the ocean!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made many attempts to try and escalate the situation to NO avail. All the employees ever said..."we are 99.9% occupied"..and no one was interested in helping. We moved from a mountain view unit into this upgraded unit and wow....it was the worst unit ever! We were told this was the ONLY unit available to move directly into from our other unit. We even attempted to stay in the lower category room, after seeing this unit...we received zero help. Just typing these comments makes me sick to my stomach. This was not at all what we signed up for! Please respond and refund our money. Kathy
