The Penthouse is located in a private building that in several places, like for example: apartments and common areas are still under construction. As the Elevator is now in construction in our Building, you will need to use the Stairs (only 2 or 3 floors).
However, the Penthouse is 100% finished and will be waiting for you to have a great time.

It is also important to note that the surroundings of the property might be under construction and it is possible that you could experiment some noises in the working hours.
