Our fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony off the living room great outside entertaining area all fenced in giving our home a fun laidback beach vibe.
Walking distance to the beach and a short walk or golf cart ride to the popular Barefoot landing that has lots of shopping , restaurants, park, arcade, music, brewery and theater. Lots of golf courses. Recent upgrades include new carpet, new furniture, new paint upstairs and new kitchen pots and pans, utensils and dishes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and overlooks the living room with balcony. Living room which features a flat screen TV, board games and free wireless internet for your enjoyment.
We have beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and a beach wagon to help make your beach trip stress free and as fun as possible
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flatscreen tv and with a door that goes to the bathroom that has a shower. This is bathroom 1 that is used for downstairs
Upstairs bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and a flatscreen tv

Cal Ripkin Experience stay

Tara was extremely easy to contact and work with. The home is very clean and cute, very close to the ocean and Barefoot Landing. I really enjoyed being on a side street with the locals instead of the fast pace lifestyles of the tourists. Also a bonus are the friendly neighbors!!

Awesome place

Rick and his wife that lives next door was very friendly and helpful with the knowledge of the neighborhood. They are great people. Really enjoyed their company. The beach chairs and wagon was a great use to take to the beach as we were on motorcycles and could not bring that with us on our stay. Really appreciate that they were available .

Been staying at Myrtle Beach for over 24 years and Tara is by far one of the best we've ever rented from! She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable as possible. She also gets back to you ASAP , you cant ask for a better person and will definitely be renting more in the future with her as we've already stayed here twice.

Family stay May 2024

I chose this location since I was getting married on the beach and needed space for kids. This space was very clean and the neighbor was very nice and helpful. It was so close to north Myrtle beach traffic was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this place.

Well let me just start off saying that if you are looking for a good, clean, quiet place to stay and a great landlord this is the place to stay. I had great communication with Mrs/Ms Tara. Anytime I called which it was nothing wrong but just to tell her this was the best place I have ever stayed on my vacation. Everything that you need like restaurants, things for the kids to do and adults is right there and the beach. I hope that every time I come back I can get to stay here. I didn’t give it a 10/10 I gave the stay 100/100. Thanks again Mrs/Ms Tara for everything. See you soon

This house was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location. Home owner suggested the Rockefellas restaurant and it was GREAT!! Right across the street. And great price for this house. A hotel would’ve cost so much more.

The perfect spot!

This place was an amazing house to stay at. From the overall cleanliness of the unit, to a well stocked kitchen, to multiple bedrooms to accommodate everyone, to a lovely outdoor area for sitting/relaxation, to a wide variety of beach accessories, to easy walking distance to the beach and also restaurants along Highway 17 - it was perfect. Our family stayed here for 5 nights. 4 adults, 2 kids, and had plenty of space for all us of to have our own place to go at night, but had large enough common areas inside and outside to eat and enjoy time together. The kitchen had everything we needed, from ample plate/bowls/glasses, to pots and pans and utensils. (We only worried about making breakfast as we packed lunch to the beach and had dinner around town every day). The coffee maker will brew a pot, or you it accepts K-Cups, so win win either way! The outdoor area has a large couch with chairs, a table, and bar area for 6-8 people to comfortably hang out at night or during the day, and enjoy the peaceful setting (you may need to think about bug spray - mosquitoes tended to like us). Even better was the assortment of 'beach' items that were provided for use. We were provided with a wagon, multiple chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and buckets/shovels for the kids. (and hey, missing was a cooler, but purchases one at a local beach store and left it behind - enjoy!). Again, it was great! Thank you for the wonderful location to stay!

This property was very clean and everything was supplied. My only recommendation would be to have at least 1 plastic cup for little ones. Tara went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The washer had went belly up and the new hadn't came before we checked in, She actually came and got our dirty laundry and washed & dryed it twice. Wow!! Talk about above and beyond, she is such a great host. The neighbors were also so nice &told us some great places to eat. If we go back I will definitely ask for this property.

Excellent bike week property!

The property was very clean Tara was an excellent host! Anything we needed or had an issue with she would approach it right away even though it wasn't a big issue! The house is a bit narrow and on a windy day you can feel a little bit of swaying but other than that the property is excellent just have to watch out if you have bikes because the driveway is all large gravel. The three of us had a great time and enjoyed a very clean and safe property right near food and entertainment within 5 minutes. Thank you again Tara will be looking forward to next year!

The home was pretty nice and had enough room for 2 adults and 2 small children, no problem. You can safely sleep 4 adults comfortably, and 1 more on a futon like bed (which I wouldn't think would be comfortable.

Perfect stay, close to the beach

We traveled to North Myrtle Beach for a long weekend getaway with the family to enjoy some warm weather and beach time. This vacation house location was perfect! Close proximity to the beach (within walking distance), safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and everything we needed was at the rental house. The owners were extremely accommodating, even had a cooler for the beach, wagon, beach toys, and beach lounge chairs. The owners provided a list of recommended restaurants, shopping-which was convenient and accommodating for our stay. The kids loved the open first level, we enjoyed sitting outside at night listening to music and relaxing. The day we were leaving, the kids were already asking about when we will be coming back. We enjoyed staying at this vacation rental property and would recommend!
