AVEL VAEZ - Charming house at 2 steps from the Aber Wrach

Entering this house, you enter a large living room opening onto the terrace. You will find a charming fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living room. You will be comfortable in the living room to read a book provided or to watch TV. You can also enjoy good meals with family or friends in the heat of the stove in winter or on the terrace in summer.
You will also find on the ground floor a separate WC as well as the master suite: a beautiful bedroom equipped with a 160 bed and an adjoining bathroom with a very beautiful shower, a sink and a toilet.

This terrace accessible from the living room is very pleasant and sunny. It also provides access to a pretty wooded and enclosed garden.

Upstairs you have access to the 2 other bedrooms of the house. One is equipped with a 140 double bed, the second is equipped with a twin bed (2 80x200 beds) as well as 2 single beds. This room is especially ideal for children! On this floor you will also find a separate toilet and a very beautiful bathroom with shower and sink.

This house is also equipped with a garage with washing machine and dryer. This garage can also allow you to store bikes, paddles, kayaks, windsurfing, kitesurfing...

The house is ideally located 300m from the port of Aber Wrac'h. So you can easily reach it on foot. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail passes through the port and allows you to discover all the beauty of Aber Wrac'h. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, the magnificent peninsula of Sainte-Marguerite will offer you magnificent sandy beaches. This peninsula is also very famous for skiing enthusiasts, it is a very well known kitesurfing, wingfoil and funboarding spot!

For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
