Superb chalet with balcony and large garden

This magnificent chalet, entirely renovated, is located in Argentière, on the edge of the forest and on the river bank, just after the charming and traditional village.
You will find excellent snow conditions which will allow you to have the best conditions to enjoy your vacations.
Its unique location allows you to be quiet and offers you an incredible view on the whole Mont Blanc range.


## Logement
Located in the village of Argentière, this cosy family chalet sleeps 10 people including 4 children and has everything you need for a great stay. It is the ideal place for a winter wonderland getaway.
It offers easy access to the world famous Grands Montets ski area. It can be reached on skis via the cross-country ski trail that runs alongside the chalet. The centre of the village of Argentière is less than 5 minutes' walk away.
Hiking and snowshoeing trails are accessible from the chalet. You will be immersed in nature.

First floor:
- 1 double bedroom with 180 bed (2x90) with large storage closet, TV and access to the garden;
- Shower room and WC ;
- 1 room with 2 bunk beds of 180, that is to say 4 beds: children's rooms, not possible for adults;
- Access to the bathroom from the bedroom with washing machine and dryer
- and separate toilets.

1st floor :
- Kitchen open to dining room, living room and large balcony.
- and reading corner.

Please note:
- The kitchen is equipped with: Oven, Dishwasher, Filter and Nespresso coffee maker, Fondue and Raclette appliances.
- You will find a wood stove (with instructions to follow) in the living room.
- You will have at your disposal: television and hi-fi system that only works with Spotify.
- The chalet also has a large garden.

2ᵉ floor:
- 1 double room 180 (2*90) with Italian shower room
- and 1 double room with bed 180 (2*90) with Bathroom with WC.


In a small room on the left of the chalet, you will have :
- a ski room, shovel, ice breaker and salt to avoid sliding;
- a sled
- and a stroller.

You will stay :
- close to all amenities, ski lifts and the tourist office;
- 13 minutes by foot from the viewpoint "les grands Montets
- and 18 minutes by car from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Village of Haute-Savoie, Argentière is part of the commune of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. It is a mountain resort and is part of the Grands Montets ski area in the Mont-Blanc massif. Linked to Vallorcine, but also to Switzerland, located not far away, the village is dominated by the Argentière glacier, as well as by the Montets pass.
This mountain resort is very popular in the winter for skiing and other winter sports, but also in the summer. The village of Argentière is indeed on the path of the Mont Blanc tour, very popular with high mountain hikers. Located not far from the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve, the site benefits from an exceptional nature and absolutely magical views.
