Come share our piece of paradise! Tidal Watch underwent a full renovation in 2020 and features ocean views from the top floors and an ocean lullaby at night. A large wrap-around deck and a huge Live Oak tree provides a great outdoor space. The house has new appliances, updated kitchens, and bathrooms in the main house and apartment as well as a beautiful master suite. The main house has 4 beds, 3 baths, with 2 beds and a bath in the ground floor apartment, accessible through the garage.

The house was carefully renovated in 2020 and set up for guest use. We ask that you are respectful of the property as the owners use it personally as well. We provide all the basics - 2 full kitchens stocked with basic cooking and dining essentials (kids sets also!), linens, 2 sets of washers and dryers, soaps, toilet paper, and detergents to get you started. If you have a large group or are staying for several days, please pack extra essentials you may need. Enjoy your stay!

There is one pack and play available for guest use. If you need additional items, such as beach gear or baby gear, we're happy to offer recommendations for rentals locally.

The guests have access to the entire house, garage, and yard except for a few owner's closets on the property.

The neighborhood is quiet - most of the houses on the street and behind us are full-time residents or snow-birds. Please be respectful of our neighbors!
Dear Guest,

These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests.

1. We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind.

2. We do not allow smoking inside or outside of the premises. If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.

3. If you are bringing your pup, please be sure they are included in your reservation. They MUST BE CRATED when left alone in the house, pick up after them before check out, and do not let them on ANY furniture including beds. There are different rules at different beaches for dogs, so please check those out ahead of time and pack beach towels for your pup.

4. Only the registered guests may stay within the home. Do not invite guests outside of those in your reservation. If you need to add an additional guest, please reach out to us and we can accommodate.

5. No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind in the property. We ask you to be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood (weddings receptions, gatherings, showers, etc. included).

6. Quiet Hours are observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Kindly show consideration for your neighbors and other units.

7. Please do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suits or hang beach towels on the back of chairs - please use the towel bars in the bathroom or the expansive deck outside.

8. Linens and towels are provided, but please do not use our towels as beach towels.

9. We do not provide parking accommodations for trailers and cannot guarantee charging for golf carts rented.
