It is bordered by 463 km of coast and surrounded by an archipelago of islands whose only evocation recalls the sweetness of life: Ré, Oléron, Aix and Madame. This destination is chosen for its beaches and seaside resorts, its ports, cities full of art and history, festivals and iconic sites. We recommend a few activities to do with your family: discover the surrounding islands thanks to cruises, go to the zoo of the Palmyra or discover the most beautiful aquarium in Europe, that of La Rochelle.
