Good place to land after exploring.

Nice unit. Highway noise all night. Came home Sunday and water was off. Water was back on in am. Uber transportation is great. View is beautiful at sunrise. Kitchen very well stocked.

Beautiful Sunrise and whale sighting

Very clean and comfortable furnishings with all necessities for a short or extended stay. Closes.unit to community heated pool, which had very little use by residents. Easy, downhill, walk to beach and several restaurants. Uber rides to downtown and groceries was quick and very inexpensive. Property manager, Jorge, was always around for assistance if needed.

Amazing views

The unit was well stocked and views were the best! The access to the pool was fantastic. Jorge, the property manager was excellent in all aspects. The HOA should deal with the cockroaches more frequently. We had 4 in 3.5 weeks. The highway noise from directly below the unit was very loud. The dishwasher was not operational upon arrival. It took 9 days to get replaced as the owner stalled.

Great getaway that felt like home, but NOT!

This condo was exactly as shown in images and as reported by the reviews. Check in was seamless, and Jorge responded within minutes when we had a question. It is directly across the street from hotels and the beach but you can't exactly walk through them to get to the beach as most of the hotels you'd need to pass through are guests only - though we were able to walk through to get to Mama Mia's, a restaurant that sits directly on the beach. Because the condo and the infinity pool sit on a hill above the beach hotels and condos, it has an unobstructed ocean view - sunrises were amazing. Because it faces east, it also cooled down in the late afternoon so we rarely used the A/C and the bedroom faces a breezeway in the back so it was always cool and comfortable. It was really close to many nice beaches as well as groceries. It was in a gated community, and felt safe enough that we left windows open all the time. It was extremely quiet, and there was rarely anyone but us at the pool (which was directly off our patio). There was definitely traffic noise from the highway below, but honestly we really didn't mind it. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 for cleanliness was minor things like dust on the baseboards, some bleach stains on the sheets, and some of the dishes I felt I had to wash before using, but these are to be expected in a dry, dusty climate. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice and comfy

Jorge, was great at communicating and very helpful. The place is pretty well sorted with pretty much what most people would need. The view from the patio is beautiful and you are literally steps from the pool. The whole complex is very nice and clean, very well maintained. We had no complaints, but just for the sake of information purposes the neighborhood is right next to a main road, so if you are a light sleeper you might want to use a white noise machine because you can hear the traffic in the condo. We used a white noise app and it did the trick.

Best ever vacation home

We have stayed here before and love the property and the people who care for this property We plan to return to this unit next year and have already reserved Just steps from the infinity pool never seems to be busy so it is quite peaceful The views are awesome and at night you can sip a nice beverage on your private patio while you watch the stars and some of the local fireworks. This ground level condo is conveniently located next to the pool. The owners in the facility are very friendly and helpful. Security is great and it is a short walk to the beach. The only drawback is the noise from the highway.

All about the view!

We could not have been happier about renting this unit. The location was perfect and the views just breathtaking! I agree with the other reviews about the shower and think it could be somewhat corrected, but that did not put a damper on our stay. Jorge was an excellent host and we would stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely condo in paradise for 1 week. The location & the view was fantastic! Beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Infinity pool right beside the unit was great. Grounds beautifully maintained. The only downfall was the traffic noise from the road below & the bed was too hard for our liking. Jorge was a wonderful host - thank you! :)

Amazing view

We had the most amazing stay. Jorge was very helpful and responsive. The condo was beautiful, very well stocked. Have stayed in many places in San Jose, this was by far the best overall. Ocean views from everywhere! Can lay in bed and watch the sunrise. Pool is right beside condo yet the patio is private. Always sunny on the patio til 4 pm. The heat is retained in the stone so it is always comfortable. Can’t say enough good things. Will definitely be returning.

Nice spot

I'll start by saying Jorge was great. He was very responsive to us and our questions/concerns. The condo was a good size for us, right next to the pool and had everything we needed to cook. Not many containers for storing food, the shower floor is a little rough, it's a rocky floor, the grill start/gas button didn't work but with a lighter we got it working. Our biggest complaint would be the TV - it was difficult to work. We stuck with watching Netflix once we figured it out. It was overall a nice spot, we'd stay there again.

My wife and I have stayed in this complex before and enjoyed this unit. Access to the infinity pool is right out your door. What a view! The sunrises are amazing. The complex is immaculate and secure. Remember, you are staying across the highway and beach access is limited if you have difficulty walking. You can walk or Uber to La Comer for essentials. It’s about a mile. Uber is incredibly easy in San Jose Del Cabo. This is a quite complex. It’s always tough leaving the sun.

Great Place for a Quiet Vacation

Always have loved this condo and the property location. Even though it right next to the pool, it is still very private - like having your own pool in your backyard. The unit needed a couple of repairs (burnt out kitchen track light, ceiling fans need rebalancing) Please make sure you bring shower flip-flops. The stones on the shower floor are hard to stand/walk on. Amenities in the condo are better than many others we have rented in the past. Easy to cook and bbq dinner and eat outside. Plus is most everyone is very friendly that you meet at the pool. Thanks Jorge for a great week

P-101 is still a good place, but.......

This property is conveniently located next to the pool and parking. Decor is modern and friendly. Unit has gone into disrepair over the past 2 years with the new owner. Stove needs to be updated as burners are not level and one burner is VERY hard to turn on. Bottom drawer is not on any tracks and is very hard to put back into place. Cleaning needs to be more thorough. Strange hairs in bathroom, Band aid in shower, and dust in lamps and under bed. Large mirror needs a good cleaning. Pillows need to be updated as they are very lumpy. Safe is non-operable with a code and you must use a key. Safe needs to be replaced/repaired. BBQ is great but BBQ utensils are needed and missing, especially BBQ brush. Made a request to have the ceiling fans balanced as they wobbled very unsafely. This was a comment last year, so no repairs were made since then. Dinner ware and glasses as minimal as many have been broken and not replaced. Unit needs an inventory list of items that must be there at all times. Bring flip flops for shower as floor is very rough pebbles that are placed on edge. Used a blanket in the closet that was heavily stained - maybe animal urine - not clean. Patio umbrellas are mechanically broken and need to be replaced as tilt function locks are broken. Found broken glass in the dishwasher. Cabinet doors need releveling as they are loose and rubbing against each other. Had to ask that several lightbulbs be replaced as they were not working. Had to ask for a beach cooler as one was not present in the condo and one of the beach chairs was broken, which was replaced. Sorry to say the unit is not what it used t be and the new owner does not seem to want to do anything to keep it ship shape, but to rent it. Recommend that this unit be removed from rental until the owner spends the money to make it a very desirable rental property again.
