For outdoor enthusiasts, the trailhead awaits just beyond the back door, leading you to the base of Peak 9 or to the top of the peak. If skiing is your passion, the Quicksilver Super 6 lift is a mere 2 miles away by car, or take advantage of the convenient free winter shuttle that stops right at your driveway every 15 minutes. If the snow base is ready, take the adventure of skiing to the lift from the house or nearby trail head.

This amazing two-story house that can comfortably accommodate 12-13 guests! Get ready to experience a truly memorable stay in this beautiful retreat.
As you step inside, you'll find four bedrooms and a flex room, all designed to ensure a blissful night's sleep. The master suite, refurbished in summer 2021, boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a flat-screen smart TV. Indulge in the en-suite master bathroom, featuring a jetted tub, a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and new custom closet cabinetry added in 2022.
The second bedroom, lovingly known as the "Buffalo room," was completely refurnished in December 2020. It offers a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, USB ports, and a spacious closet.
For those seeking a fun sleepover experience, the third bedroom, dubbed the "bunk" room, features a queen-sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. You can enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen smart TV while creating lifelong memories.

Get ready to be enchanted by the newest addition to this house, the "Forest View" bedroom, added in summer 2022. With vaulted ceilings and several windows, this room offers the most breathtaking view of the surrounding forest. Relish a peaceful night's sleep on the king-sized bed while catching up on your favorite shows on the smart TV.
Additionally, there are two full bathrooms in the hall built in 2024. One has tub with shower head, the other is a extra large walk in shower with two shower heads. Both have double sink vanities. And for your convenience, a pristine half bath is located on the lower level.

My favorite room, the sunroom, your very own flex space, a hidden gem transformed into a versatile "5th ish" bedroom. Enhancing the allure, you'll find additional seating and an adjustable standing desk for your convenience. OUTDOOR AREA

Immerse yourself in the invigorating scent of fresh pine as you step onto the expansive back patio. Surrounded by a serene forest setting, this is the perfect place to unwind in the soothing embrace of the hot tub. Gather with friends and loved ones in this spacious area, featuring comfortable seating for 10 on two plush couches and four chairs. Indulge your culinary cravings with the convenience of a gas grill, always connected to the house gas source and ready to sizzle up a mouthwatering feast.

Enjoy ski-in/ski-out convenience for intermediate skiers. There's an unmanicured and unmaintained trail located just beyond the property's back gate that leads to Base 9. Please note that this isn't a designated downhill ski run, but rather a rustic footpath through the woods that takes you to the slopes. Return to the property via the Flapjack trail or shuttle.

Winter shuttle runs every 15 mins. Picks up and drops off at the end of the driveway. It drops you at Marriot Mountain Lodge for a short walk to the Quick Silver Super Chairlift. Or, you can access the town bus system.
