Serene Waterfront Family Water Front Property

Enjoy a perfect, relaxed, waterfront family vacation just minutes from beautiful Long Beach Island.
Large swimming pool (only open May-October) and huge entertainment deck. Lovely 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath. Plenty of patio furniture, outside deck with fire pit, Weber Grill for your outdoor BBQ, central air. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you could desire. TV with Wi-Fi access, Washer Dryer.
There is 80 feet of bulkhead for swimming, crabbing, fishing, and insane sunsets. Beach Haven West community has a private beach with lifeguards (during the season), basketball courts, and tennis courts. LBI Beaches are a short 10-15 minute ride! 4 beach badges available for your use. Kayaks available for use in the lagoon. 65" TV with a cable box. WIFI available, plenty of on-street and off-street parking.

Sorry, NO PETS or kids younger than 6. Absolutely NO smoking.

Sound travels fast down the lagoon, so we kindly ask that no events or large gatherings be hosted to preserve the serenity of the lagoon; this is a family-oriented, peaceful development.

Linens, towels, blankets, life jackets, beach chairs are not provided.

Clean, spacious and convenient.

My brother was getting married down in LBI and my sisters and I chose to stay here. Justine was more than helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. My two little nieces loved the house and there are parks close by which was a nice plus. Definitely would love to stay during the summer months. Thanks again Justine.

Jolie propriété sur le bord d’un canal de Beach Heaven West. Propreté immaculée. Très tranquille en ce moi d’Avril. Cuisine complète super bien équipée. This is a beautiful house - the pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was more than enough space for my family of 6 adults and a child. The location is perfect and the beautiful pool is a definite plus. The owners are available if needed and gracious. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Quiet, Convenient, Comfortable, and Clean

Thank you for hosting us at your beautiful home! The space was impeccably clean and well maintained and our hosts were communicative without being intrusive. The location is ideal. The nights are quiet, but fun like mini-golf, the beach, and the arcade are a short drive away. Our family of 5 fit comfortably and there was adequate room for our teen, who was playing in competitive sports tournaments in the area during our stay, to be up early, go to bed early, prepare her food for the day, and enjoy time with the family in the evenings. We hope to return next summer and would recommend this property. Thank you!!

Annual beach trip

Had a wonderful time at this beach house. It had everything you could need and the heated pool was a major plus. After a long day, we spent a number of nights sitting at the high top table outside with the built-in firepit. The home was exceptionally clean and about 15 minutes away to Long Beach Island. Our family of 9 never felt crowded. Owners were super fast to answer any questions. Very quiet at night and the home backs up to the waterway. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This house was just perfect for us. It was just what we were looking for in a mini vacation. Very clean, which we loved. We treated it like our own home. Beautiful Home and Friendly Owners

This home is clean, beautiful, and centrally located. (It is a quick drive into LBI.) The home is well-appointed, comfortable, and in great condition. It is nicely decorated and spacious. The home owners were a pleasure to communicate with and very friendly. The pool was a great amenity because it made even rainy days quite fun and enjoyable for the kids. I would highly recommend this home and would rent it again. The only criticism I would have is that there are several cameras outside the property (front yard, deck, and pool.) I don't recall if these were disclosed when I rented (the listing now does disclose). I usually look for this, but it could be that I missed the disclosure. I did not deduct any stars because this seems to be par for the course now with rentals. I was assured by the homeowner that the cameras did not have audio, so that made us a little more comfortable. I was also assured that the cameras were for safety/security only, but we did get a text one day telling us we forgot to close an umbrella on the deck and it had fallen over (our mistake) and that did make my family feel like the cameras were not just for security/safety. I've had other homeowners say they only check the cameras if there is an accident, but who knows - as a renter you don't have any control. It just feels strange to be on camera in these rental homes now. Like I said though, I'd stay there again and would highly recommend the home.

Great getaway

The home was a perfect fit for a 2 family getaway. The owner and his daughter were very accessible throughout our stay. The only item I would mention to better the experience would be to have the pool cleaned ahead of time. Even that was taken care of quickly as soon as we called in about it. A relaxing getaway in a beautiful home and peaceful location

This property felt like a home away from home. The house, the furniture, and the appliances were spotless, newly renovated, and comfortable. The pool was immaculately maintained, and so nice to use on warm summer days. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with warm, friendly neighbors. Manahawkin restaurants are the best, and Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven is only 30 minutes away.

Most amazing house ever!!

My group and I all agreed that this was the most perfect house in an ideal location with amazing amenities. The inside of the house is beautiful but the outside really takes the cake. A huge deck leading to a beautiful pool and dock area. Such a great house and easy booking/check in/communication process. Would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful Home & Stay

It was a great stay! Home was clean and in great shape. We used the kayak's at the bay out back and the pool. Only reason for the 4 stars is the initial issues not being able to enter the home but Justine and Amgad were on top of it and always available to help get any kinks out that we encountered. I would definitely stay here again they were great host! Thank you both very much for allowing us to use your home.

Mr. Khalil and Justine was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place... we would definitely stay here again!
