Welcome to Honu Kai #105! It's located in the beautiful Royal Kahana.
Come sit on the lanai and enjoy the sea breeze and whale watching. This newly remodeled ground floor studio has cable TV and free private WIFI. Your only steps away from the beach, heated pool and BBQ area. Get a good night sleep in the comfortable king size bed, crisp clean sheets and bedding while listening to the ocean waves. After a day at the beach enjoy the fluffy towels and the large walk-in shower.

Don't worry about packing too much because there's both a washer and dryer in the unit. Going to a special event? Use the large armoire to hang and house all your belongings. There's also a safe in the unit where you can put all your important items.

The 2 beach chairs, colorful beach towels, cooler and body board this studio provides will help to complete your beach outings. Still want more? There's Boss Frog's across the street that has snorkel gear and so many other beach equipment for any activity you might want to do while here on the island. There's also free access to a fitness center right here at the resort. If your wanting to stay in for the night the kitchen and utensils makes cooking or BBQing convenient and easy.

This studio is near some of the best beaches in Maui, near world-class golf courses and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Visit the Farmer's Market that's just 5 minutes down the street.

Parking is $18 a day, and this fee is separate from your reservation.

*Please note, the building is under renovation and there is construction noise from 9am to 4pm.

Royal Kahana is a great location. The studio has everything you need for your stay.

Amy was wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately air conditioner was not working in the entire building due to storms earlier in the month. Definitely need air conditioning no matter how breezy it is. Amy was in touch with us about this situation before we arrived. Nothing she had any control over. But anyone renting at Royal Kahana should confirm if air conditioners are working in all units especially as weather gets more tropical.

A must stay!!! Absolutely perfect.

Wow. This was such a wonderful stay in Maui! The condo was really clean, the bed was super comfortable WITH an ocean view, and it had everything we needed! Fully stocked kitchen, snacks, washer/dryer with laundry soap, beautiful updated shower, eye capturing decorations... the area was beautiful and I enjoyed running out to DT Fleming in the morning and all of the awesome snorkeling (Hanalua Bay is a must!), beaches, and restaurants nearby. It was perfect. And Amy and Marcus were WONDERFUL! This was our second Christmas in Maui and they gave us a beautiful hand painted ornament to remember our stay. Very communicative, responsive, sweet, and responsible owners. This is definitely a MUST STAY! Mele Kalikimaka!

Perfect Studio with all the amenities you'll need.

The studio has everything you need foe your stay. It was easy to communicate with the owner and very responsible. Especially when things needed. Things were ordered and delivered. The bed is very comfortable and AC works well and everything was nicely clean. I definitely recommend this rental to my friends and family. Perfect for a party of 2 to sleep comfortably. They do provide a sofa bed as option for a third person

Quiet, quaint, and well appointed.

Amy's condo is luxurious and being on the ground floor not only offers beautiful ocean views, but easy access to go out and walk the grounds. The only drawback, and this has less to do with the unit and more about the weather, is that it was *very* windy for a majority of my stay. The louvered bathroom windows would wail and howl no matter how tightly I tried to close them so it made for a few nights of disruptive sleep. The bed, linens, and extra pillows more than made up for this. I especially appreciated having copper cookware in the kitchen and the pause & serve coffee maker is a nice touch for those mornings when the first cup can't come fast enough : ) Amy checked in on me a couple of times and was super communicative - I would definitely recommend her home for anyone looking for a cozy stay on this side of the island.

Perfect paradise

My husband and 10 month old daughter stayed at Honu Kai. It was undoubtedly a 10/10 stay. Everything was just perfect from the warm welcome note and goodies, to the well appointed kitchen, to the superb communication from Amy, and the incredible views, the list goes on and on. We've stayed in this area before and this was very well located next to much of our favorite locations such as Maui Brewing Company, Hawaiian Village coffee, and Pohaku park. We saw whales every day from the comfort of the king bed, woke up to a stunning sunrise, singing birds, and fell asleep to the waves crashing. Amy went above and beyond not only on communication, but making us feel welcome - everything was so well thought through. Having a little one, we loved that there was laundry in the unit, a fridge, and even a pull out couch (with sheets!). The condo has been newly renovated and refurbished and we appreciated the modernity, Hawaiian flair, and newness of it all! Thank you so much, Amy, and we cannot wait to return! Mahalo!

We fell in love with the island of Maui almost 11 years ago when we got married on a beach just down the road from our condo. We're so excited to be able to share our vacation home with all of you. Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

When we were looking for property the Royal Kahana really stood out to us. The location is perfect being as our favorite sushi restaurant Miso Phat is right across the street and Lahaina only 10 minutes. The Royal Kahana offers so much, it's waterfront, it has a beautiful pool and BBQ area as well as a great fitness center. It's close to great shops, restaurants and some top well-known golf courses. Honu Kai #105 checked off all our boxes and offered even more. We can't wait for all the memories we make here and hope you do too!
