Quiet relaxing time on the beach
We wanted to be near the beach but, in a relaxing atmosphere and we got what we hoped for and more. Brett and his wife are wonderful, what we call "good people" in the south. Thank you very much for giving us such an enjoyable stay.

Good value for the money
First, If you are expecting a 5-star resort, go somewhere else. This is exactly what it says it is a "bungalow." The place was clean and had all the necessities we required for our stay. We did not use the beach toys because we brought our own. We would stay in this place again. We enjoyed our stay. If you are expecting a 5-star experience, do not choose the place. If you want a convenient place close to the beach and with what you need like staying in somebody's house. This is the one.

Great Location
Close walk to the beach . Clean, well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds. Great for small child- not a lot of knick knacks or safety concerns. Great communication from the host. It’s a nice quiet area removed from the busier beaches, perfect for families . Highly recommend . We will be staying here again :)

Great Stay!
We had a great stay and would 100% go again. The house had everything needed to have a great beach trip. Easy walk to the beach. It was wonderful having the wagon/ beach chairs/ toys and not have to pack those from home. The host communicated well and the house was clean and looked just as described. Highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation Rental on INDIAN ROCK BEACH!!
If you are looking to go to Indian Rock Beach, you need to rent from Brett. This little duplex was extremely clean. We have rented several VRBO on the beaches in Florida and this by far was the CLEANEST we have ever rented. We loved that it had a washer and dryer and all the beach accessories you will ever need!!! The beach is just a short 2 blocks away, very easy walk! If you like to be relaxed and very little people then INDIAN ROCK BEACH!!! We willl DEFINITELY BACK!!! Thank you Brett!!!

Great Stay
My family of four stayed here for three nights while visiting the beach. I decided on it because it was just south of the hustle and bustle of Clearwater but a quick 10 minute drive to get there. This property sits in a quieter residential area with a two block walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We tried Beach Waves and Cafe De Paris and really liked both. The property itself is clean and has literally everything you need, down to aloe gel for sunburn in the refrigerator (Thanks 😆). In the shed they have a nice wagon, beach chairs, balls, sand toys, etc. I didn't really think about how nice that all is to have until I had it all there. Overall I can't really think of anything negative to say about this property. Book it before someone else does!

Cozy little apartment! Room for our family of four. Great location. Quiet area. About a 8 min walk to the beach. They provide a wagon which is great for getting your stuff to the beach. Would stay again.

Great place for a couple or small family. Everything you need for a fun time at the beach! Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook there. 2 block walk to the beach. Tons of great restaurants close by! We would stay there agin in a minute! Host is awesome.

perfect family getaway steps to the intracoastal and the beach
This property is all you would need for a family beach getaway. Located 2 blocks from the beach and steps to the intracoastal views. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet, fully equipped with all you would need and the washer/dryer and beach equipment located in the shed was convenient as well. Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay here! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved having the wagon and beach chairs since we flew in and weren’t able to pack those things. Also the extra blankets and beach towels were great. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer. The bathroom was probably the cleanest one over seen in a while. The only suggestions I might have is…it would be nice to have a light in the shed and maybe some mirrors in the bedrooms. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Great Stay
It's a nice house in a perfect location, just two blocks from the beach access but far enough from the main road that it's nice and quiet. Convenient to plenty of nearby restaurants and not too far from downtown Tampa. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. I would gladly stay here again.

Great property, nice outside patio area. Nice quiet beach within walking distance. Only drawback was the number of food/shopping options within walking distance. I recommend using the trolley to get around. We would stay here again!!
