Beautiful beach condo and wonderful host

I have not enough wonderful things to say not only about how great the condo was , it’s located to the beach, the ease of check in and out , but how absolutely wonderful Terry was to rent from. Terrys communication up to and during our stay was one the best we have ever experienced with any of our rentals. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to stay in orange beach! It was a great week!

Great condo!

Enjoyed our time here, easy access to and great view of the beach/Gulf! Rental chairs right there ready to be rented if needed. A few restaurant/bar choices within easy walking distance.

Fabulous view!

We had such a great time! When we got there, the condo was immaculate! Everything was so clean, the condo looked brand new and I must say the beds were very comfortable! The decor was just perfect, soft beach colors and everything was put together so nice. You are literally ocean front and the view was spectacular. I highly recommend this condo. The owner was such a pleasure to deal with and I really had an excellent experience from before we got there until we checked out. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect little gem

I booked a last minute trip to the Gulf Shores with my 18 yr, 13 yr twins and 8yr old. The place was great for us. The washing machine in the unit was a lifesaver. The unit is on the 2nd floor so easy to skip the elevator and walk. The distance to the ocean is unbeatable. Terry was a very accommodating host. He was great to work with! 😉. The place was very clean and nicely updated. I would say that the built in twin beds are really made for small children. If I could give one recommendation it would be to upgrade the mattress on the pull out. Other than that it was perfect

Excellent Place

We loved our stay at Terry's Place on Orange Beach. The convenience to the pool and beach were unmatched. The young ages of our kids made 1BR/1BA work for our family and they thought the bunkbeds were neat! The condo was clean and any needed communication with Terry was quick and easy. If you go, you HAVE to try the Ruby Slipper across the street for breakfast!

Great Fall Break Getaway!

We had a great time! The condo is clean & well-appointed, the property is well-maintained & quiet. We had Suncoast Rentals set up an umbrella & chairs so we didn’t have to drag those with us. Walking distance to a few restaurants & grocery stores are nearby. Terry is fantastic to work with and checks in frequently. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

This condo is in a great location with excellent restaurants in walking distance. The proximity to the beach and pool was excellent for our 6 year old especially with being on the 2nd floor. Condo has great upgrades and the check in/check out procedure is very easy. Great to have access to the pool and beach if you arrive early and are waiting for your check in time. Looking forward to staying here again!

We purchased this condo the year it was finished being built. We are from Canton, GA. We have 2 college age sons, and we have so many great memories with them as they grew up coming to Orange beach and staying in our condo. We love the view; the 2nd floor convenience and being so close to the sand! We spent many years using a management company for rental, but we have been renting is ourselves for 4 years now. Communicating with our guests personally has been very rewarding!
We hope everyone enjoys their beach experience and our condo as much as we do!

Very low-density small beach front building; 9 floors with 36 units, all beach front, 4 per floor. Convenient to everything but out of congested areas. Newly decorated, Owner/manager, 2nd floor no elevator required. Steps to the beach. Nonsmoking building, enjoy the fresh air. Easy access to the pool and beach!

Beach Chair rentals by Sun Coast. Attendant on site! Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores but out of the congested area. Restaurants within walking distance. WalMart market 1.5 miles away. You don't have to use the elevator with only one floor of outside steps. Comfortable balcony furniture and nice interior re model.
