40m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator. Ideally located in Plan Peisey, close to the slopes and shops, a staircase provides access to the residence.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The living room includes a convertible sofa for 2 people and opens onto a double south-facing balcony. The bedroom equipped with a set of bunk beds and a single bed also opens onto the balcony, offering a beautiful view of the mountain and the valley.
Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob. Television.
Rented with 1 ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Beds: 1 convertible sofa, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 single bed
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered extra. You can book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered when you arrive at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric pads must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be unmade correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be subject to invoicing debited from a deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing sheet, €300 for replacing the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: billing for odor of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics
