This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a clean, simple escape from the grind of the city. With updated appliances and a wonderful canal water view from most of the rooms, this condo will truly make you feel like you are on vacation. The unit has 1100 square feet of space, a west facing water view for great sunsets, a private 5'x19' boat dock, a 7' x 24' sunroom just15' off the water, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, as well as a utility room with a full sized dryer and brand new full sized washing machine.

The waterfront bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with a shower. The non-waterfront bedroom has a new Queen sized bed and 2 single beds (a bunk bed), and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

We hope you will appreciate the space, views, and location of this condo that has been our family GO-TO vacation spot for 30 years. We fish off the dock in the mornings and evenings and regularly see Manatee, Dolphin and jumping fish in the canal. It sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds. And don't worry about beach chairs and towels because we've got you covered!
