Cozy stand-alone bungalow features a full kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Perfect for a ski getaway or an amazing week touring breweries and wineries in the Adirondacks. Features a beautiful decorative fenced yard, with patio and outdoor gas fire table. Enjoy evenings on the open air porch and walk out your back door to Hackensack Mountain's trailhead. Just minutes away from downtown Lake George attractions. Leave your hiking gear and ski equipment out of site in the mudroom/laundry room. Safety disclosure: Exterior audio/video cameras on entrance door and parking area are motion activated to record.

In an effort to be transparent with our guests, we are happy to announce that we are adhering to strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols. As part of the VRBO family, we are doing our part to provide a clean, safe environment before, during and after your stay. Contactless check-in/check-out procedures are available and encouraged.

Enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the host and we had no problems at all. Hope to visit again in the summer. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot to relax or enjoy all the nearby attractions.

Pleasantly surprised

We booked this property on short notice to stay overnight while skiing at Gore Mountain. We did not have high expectations, however, it turned out we booked a valuable place for a very good price. The 5 stars review is relative to the price we paid and what the place had to offer on such short notice. Absolutely clean and well maintained place. It’s very likely we’ll return this season.

Great Get-Away Cabin

Laney’s house was the perfect get-away for my family for a long weekend. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Nice and comfy, comfortable, and welcoming. Located at the bottom of Hackensack Mountain and close to many other hikes. Would stay again

Great stay

Me and my buddy stayed up here for a hunting trip and the house was perfect. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was in a great location could walk to some local restaurants. I would recommend this house.

A nice weekend in the Adirondacks

Spent the weekend trying the motorbike roads of the Lake George area while staying at the house. Awesome weekend on all counts and Laney hosted the property very nicely for us. Everything was as expected.

Excellent cozy clean house. Loved the 3 air conditioners, 3 TVs, fenced in yard with grill and fire pit, washer & dryer, comfy beds, awesome kitchen, and very friendly and helpful owner. We will be back and our puppies loved their stay as well. Also loved million dollar beach, steam boat ride, downtown Lake George and restaurants. Great trip!!

Relaxing Cozy Getaway

The house was amazing and cozy. Vey relaxing and not over crowded (sometimes units are too close to each other). Porch was great to sit down early in the morning and have a nice cup of coffee and hear and feel natures beauty. Had trouble with the grill at first until I found the utensils and the help from Laney. Did not get to use the fire pit as I wished because got home late from the village and my g/f had to take on-line night classes. Mosquitoes as usual were a pain, but spray helped me...lol. In all, place was great and again happy to use Vrbo. Definitely will look at other places Laney has, because I do want to get back up to The Lake.

Relaxing stay

The property was immaculately clean! It was so comfortable and totally suited our needs. We loved the area; it was close enough to Lake George and far enough from Lake George!! Lovely town with great restaurants!! Grocery stores and gas stations nearby. Everything was very easy to find and to get to. No complaints!!!! Luved it!

Very cute cabin with great amenities. Very nice outdoor area as well. Far enough from in town to be quiet, yet close enough to be very convenient. Had outdoor grill and fire pit, however, the propane bottles were empty. Other than that it was great.
