Pesky Pelican Studio 3miles to the beach

Quiet and cozy studio perfect for 2. Madeira beach is only 3 miles away, along with several other gulf beaches, bars and restaurants. Spend the day relaxing on the patio or soaking up some fun in the sun at the beach. Book one of the many adventure tours out of Johns Pass Village and make this a memorable trip! Tiki Boats, Jet Ski, Parasail. So much to do, so little time. This studio offers a queen size bed, coastal tiled bathroom, kitchenette and private patio.


The Pesky Pelican Studio is one of 4 apartments situated only 3 miles to Madeira Beach. We have lots of great local restaurants all around the area that I think you will enjoy!! Also the notorious Johns Pass is only 4.5miles away. You are less than a mile away from shopping and restaurants at the Seminole City Center. A McDonald’s and Starbucks are within walking distance for something sweet or late night cravings. A car is recommended but theres always an Uber if needed.
The Pinellas Trail is only a couple blocks away for those of you that might want to bring your bike along?! Wether you’re booking to relax and read a good book or booking to go adventure seeking, this place is perfect for all occasions. Recommended stays of thirty days or more

Tiny Seminole Gem
Owner took very good care of us during Hurricane Helene. Place is not in an evacuation zone. Enjoyed our entire stay. Was very clean and decorated nicely. Loved the shower. Bed super comfy. Would definitely rent again.

Me time.
Beautiful. This has been my spot for 2nd year in a row. The host is nothing short of amazing. I feel like I have known them for years. Clean and peaceful place. Host is so attentive . Response is very timely. I treat myself to this place , because it’s just enough for me. I go to the beach during the day, and relax at the unit at night. Hosts recommend good eats and any ideas you might have to enjoy your stay. I could not ask for more: I will be back next year . It’s hard to leave. They offer such a peaceful atmosphere and hospitality is top tier.

Great Location for getaway
My wife and I had a few extra days in town after a business meeting and this was the perfect location. We were able to visit several local beaches. It was a quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Host was exceptional and communicated prior to rental and during our stay.

We just love this place!!
We absolutely loved staying at this perfect, little studio. It had everything we needed, and the location was great! It was very clean and put together with a great, beachy style. The bed was very comfortable, and the window ac unit was efficient in keeping us comfortable our whole stay. Our host was very quick at communicating and also nice enough to inform us of local things to do. All around it was a great vacation and the pleasant experience we had staying here made it even better. Hopefully, we get to stay here again in the near future. ( :

Long Term Stay
I stayed at this VRBO for 10 weeks in late winter/early spring. It is the perfect unit for individuals or couples. The kitchen is limited but I was able to eat most meals in during my stay. It is a great location and the host is incredible. She sent recommendations for events happening nearby and was very responsive!

Terrific little gem close to everything
This adorable vintage "old Florida style" nook was perfect and unbelievably cute inside. The shower was huge, the interior immaculate and everything cleverly designed and handy. So much cheaper than a cruddy hotel room in the area would have been and super close to all the great beach and Seminole spots. Gary and I were very comfortable here.

We had to come to town last minute and this property was perfect. Great central location, owners put the cutest touches, and the shower is huge. I forgot my hair straightener and the owner sent it to me right away.

Perfect Little Studio!
It’s a perfect spot to explore Pinellas county from! And just a short drive to some beautiful beaches. The studio is roomy for one person, very clean and has everything you need for a few days. Christy was very helpful with recommendations about things to do and places to eat and also very flexible with extending my reservation a couple days. Overall a great experience!

Great stay in Seminole
Great little property, just as advertised. I stayed for one month and felt safe staying alone. Perfect size for 1-2 people, no stove and tiny kitchen but lots of restaurants and dining around. Christy gave a lot of great recommendations for food and things to do and was very accommodating. Everything was clean and the shower is great. Very close to the beaches! Chairs and towels were provided which was great. Overall I would stay again and would recommend to anyone coming to the area

Property manager was an amazing person and helped us a ton with ideas and recommendations for things to do. She helped me with ideas on how to propose. And kept in touch with us the whole time before, while there, and on the way home. Very great place and people. Hope we can go there again!

Great place to stay!
Had everything we needed to live comfortably for 6 weeks. The large bathroom & closet space was great! Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood, we loved that it was just a few blocks from the Pinellas Bike Trail & 3 miles to Madeira Beach. Our hosts were great, checking in with us frequently to be sure we had everything we needed & to let us know about fun events taking place in the area. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is a great place to stay!

The overall condition of the place that we stayed was very nice. I would suggest that the owner change out the shower head for something that is not so powerful. It actually stung my skin while taking a shower. The bed was rather low to the ground which makes it somewhat difficult for some people to get out of. Had a couple of more ice trays to the freezer. I would definitely stay here again. It's a shame some of the surrounding homes are in such decay. I would recommend this home.
