Sterling Breeze is a luxury condo that during the summer may only be rented from Sat/Sun to Sat/Sun on a 6-7 night stay. No Partial weeks will be allowed.

You will love being an easy walk from Pier Park, PCB's premier shopping and dining destination, and in the quiet West end of the beach, just moments from Frank Brown Park. Step into this unit and you will immediately the light pouring into the property. The open layout is perfect for you and your guests, with plenty of seating a large TV in the living area. Relax and watch movies at night, or sit on your oceanfront balcony and watch the sun set every evening. The kitchen has granite counters, and is fully stocked with everything you need. There is room for everyone here. The Master bedroom is a true oasis with King bed, ocean views, a large TV and its own ensuite bathroom with DUAL vanities! The second bedroom has also has a king bed, ample storage, its own TV and a bathroom for its guests as well. The Bunk Room has twin beds and its own closet, and its bathroom is just steps away with plenty of space. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Great location!
After our last stay in a condo , I said never again. It was too big of a complex. Wait for elevators was 30+minutes. But we wanted to come for a few days over Labor Day. My daughter found a unit in Sterling Breeze. Reviews were solid so we gave it a try. It worked perfect for us. Three bathrooms was a game changer. Elevators were super quick. Parking wasn’t difficult. Beach wasn’t overly crowded. We spent have to go reserve a spot at dawn 🤣already looking to book another trip!

Great condo!
This is our third year renting with Warren. They are great to work with. This condo was clean and in a great location. Elevators in the building are fast with little wait. Highly recommend this property.

Disappointed
The condo stated to be No Pets !!! This one has carpet and smells like wet dog. The carpet was dirty to the feet. My granddaughter had small bites on feet and hands which I believe were flee bites! I have been staying at Sterling breeze for years and first bad experience. It is not all new !! The 3 bedroom is a bunk bed in the hall with washer dryer like a closet:(

Sterling Breeze was amazing!!!
Condo was everything and more. Clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. We stayed 6 very comfortably. View was amazing from the 15th floor. Easy access to beautiful beach and pool was amazing. Would definitely stay there again!!! Highly recommend.

Quiet environment and great view!
The place was very clean and nice. It was not overcrowded and very quiet..even with it being spring break. The condo was very roomy and nice. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Kitchen was also great and balcony was nice.

Relaxing escape
We loved everything about this condo. The location is walking distance to the Pier and all of the cute shops and restaurants. If you go the other direction, you are minutes from a grocery store for steamed shrimp. The condo was loaded with two different types of coffee makers, a full size washer and dryer, and a grill on the private balcony. The patio lounge chairs were comfortable as you gazed at the white sandy beach by day or gorgeous stars at night. We really enjoyed our beach escape!

Patio grill
The grill on the patio was disgusting. The grills and the plates under the grill had massive amounts of grease on them. The brush to clean them was useless so asked for a new one and the maintenance crew brought a brush which was in the same condition as the first one. Guests are using these grills and they should be cleaned after each guest checks out.

Great stay and awesome views!
Great stay for our family over the 4th of July! The fireworks off of the close by pier looked great from our 15th floor balcony. The condo was clean and well cared for as was the whole complex including the pool and hot tub area. There is an electric grill on the balcony which adds more options for meal ideas during your stay. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend for any family looking for a beach getaway.

Condo was great
Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The condo itself was very nice and as pictured. Location is great especially with older kids who love Pier Park. The only thing negative I'll say about the condo is they don't provide enough bathroom towels. Two body towels per bathroom is not enough and several need to be replaced (holes in them). So I spent extra time doing laundry because there weren't enough hand towels and towels for the six people staying there. As for the condo complex itself, it is very nice, great pool, hot tub and beach area. However there are only two elevators for the entire large complex and during our stay only one of the elevators worked and jerked and sounded like it was on its last leg. It is not an isolated incident as the condo complex and the rental agency claim. We spoke to a multitude of people who were full-time residents, or had been there several times and it is an ongoing problem. We waited the first day for the elevator almost 45 minutes just to get in our condo and daily we waited ridiculous amounts of time that could've been spent enjoying our vacation just waiting for the elevator. We were on the 15th floor and ended up taking the stairs several times and beating the elevator. I would hate to think what would've happened had there been a fire or need to evacuate. This is completely unacceptable for the size building and amount of people saying there. Especially in a light of Covid and the fact that people were getting so irritated that it caused tension and people cramming into the elevator because they refused to wait. I would've loved to give a five star review, because our condo unit itself was very nice but the elevator situation is completely unacceptable.

Beautiful, clean, updated condo Judy’s steps away from the white sand beach, loved it!
Granite island in the full kitchen with every supply we needed to make fabulous meals. Loved the patio off the bedroom and view of the gulf. New washer and dryer, comfy living room furniture. Bathrooms are large and beautiful. All updated and very well done. Location is close to shopping and events. I would rent this again.

Absolutely loved this condo!
This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals during this Covid Pandemic. The washer and dryer made it possible to pack light. Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. I called Maintenance to fix the garbage disposal and they had it done in no time. Loved the deck with lounge chairs by the bedroom deck and table and chairs off the living room. The view is great. The sunsets were fabulous from the deck! Access to the Gulf was right out the door, loved it. Check in and out was made simple. People staying there were all happy and friendly, I always felt safe. One elevator was not working. It was not a busy time but that was a hassle .

The place was nice and clean! The place looks just like the pictures. You are right on the beach and the view is amazing. There was 1 issue with a leaky sink, I contacted maintenance and it was fixed that day, easy and great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
3 generations of our family had a great stay at Sterling Breeze! The check-in process was a little confusing at first but Natalie at the Concierge desk was a huge help and helped us get it all figured out. The elevators can be slow on check-in/check-out days but overall were much better than we expected. The unit was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could need. It was perfect! The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredible. The only thing we had trouble with was the WiFi. It didn't work. We couldn't even locate the network. We reset the router a couple times but that didn't work. Since it was a holiday weekend, we didn't bother to report it. It wasn't the end of the world and honestly kind of a nice break from the cyber world 😉. The included beach chairs were really nice. The beach was nice and my kids loved the pool. Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks so much!

Very satisfied
We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze condominium. We found a few minor cleaning issues but for the most part was very well maintained. Only has 2 elevators but the wait time was still fairly quick. We enjoyed that it was right on the beach. Would stay at Sterling Breeze again but will most likely book a different unit only because I would prefer something lower level.
