New stainless steel electric grill on private terrace overlooking Barrett square. A perfect place to lounge on the comfy zero gravity chairs or sprawling patio set.

Enjoy an ocean-side breakfast with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony off the king master suite. Or sleep village-side with a balcony that overlooks the quaint but vibrant town of Rosemary Beach. Additionally there is a large, private terrace for family gatherings to relax after a day at the beach, the pool, the golf course or at any of the bountiful nearby activities.

From the moment of arrival and passage through the grand, rotunda style entry way, visitors know they have chosen a unique residence. Attractive and stylish furnishings in every room , and a state of the art kitchen with all Viking appliances, combine comfort with casual elegance to create an environment that suggests total relaxation and recreation.

The open floor plan includes a king bedded master suite, two queen suites, and a bunk bedroom. Every bedroom features its own private bathroom, with an additional half bath. The dining/entertaining and the spacious family room is especially comfortable for gathering to celebrate life and friendship. With less than a minute stroll to the beach and a convenient walk to everything in town, this penthouse home easily accommodates a variety of vacation interests.

A great vacation stay

This penthouse was stunning and in a perfect location. We stayed here on vacation with two young kids and grandparents, so having the whole floor was perfect. The multiple balconies were great spaces for us to hangout, catch up and watch the storms. Having shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee right below and access passes to nearby pools and beaches was very nice and made the first trip with kids way less stressful.

Perfect Location!

Walked in, and it was immaculate. Cleaning crew was spotless and everything was in perfect order. Saw the amazing views from the balcony's and outdoor patio was a huge hit with dinner with the kids, and drinks in the evening. Rooms slept our family of 7 comfortably, with plenty of space to relax while the kids played in the other rooms. When we had questions they were answered within minutes! Could not be more impressed with this house, and the management company. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, we will be back for sure!

Almost perfect...

Three adult couples shared this space for 5 nights and we all had plenty of room. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor patio is a cool hangout space. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom. We used the outside parking space for our rental and stored our 6 bikes in the garage. The absolute BEST thing about this condo is the location. It couldn't be any more perfect for walking to the beach, pools, restaurants, etc. We all agreed that we would absolutely stay here again in the future. The one con: the Primary bedroom was dirty on our arrival. There were long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow, and large clumps of hair on the rug. There was also some trash under the bed. There were more black hairs inside and outside the primary shower. We didn't notify management, we just took care of it. But the cleaning crew definitely could have done more.

Needs work

Pros: location cannot be beat. Cons: Safety concern: when we arrived I was surprised to learn that one of the doors to one of the (four) patios could be easily pushed open. This was a concern because it was in the room with the bunkbed. On top of that, the railing on the patio (four stories up) was rotting and loose. Cleanliness: several stains on the sheets and bedding. Lots of hair and even a large strip of used fake eyelashes on the master bathroom floor. Lighting: ultraviolet lights throughout makes it feel like you’re in an office. Property Manager: when I reached out to let them know about the door not locking he said I was the first to complain, which I found odd. They then said they would come fix it the following day and would contact me before they arrived. They didn’t contact us before they came the next day while we were out and used a pliers to move the door into a locked position which rendered that door/patio unusable. There was no explanation but when I asked they said the heat makes the door expand. Lastly, I’m never opposed to a $500 prepay for incidentals however in their checkout communication they say they will “charge $75 for ANY trash left in the house.”

Excellent location but needs updating on the interior

The interior is not comfortable and bedding and most of the furniture needs a major refresh for the amount of money they ask for a night. The location is wonderful but if they would update the interior they could have a real gem! It also needs more electrical outlets for today’s lifestyle

Nice property, prime location

this property was just right for a gathering of sisters and friends. Good space for privacy when needed, plenty of room to gather indoors and outside. Very close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Great & Convenient Condo!

We absolutely loved the condo! It is right in the heart of Rosemary Beach and VERY close to the beach access (less than 2 min walk) and both community pools. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the bedding was nice in each room. Plus, there were plenty of extra bath towels. Parking was somewhat confusing as we didn't realize you have to display the Rosemary pass in the condo 1F space, but other than that, everything was perfect. The management company was quick to respond with any questions that we had via text.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

Beautiful condo that is exactly as advertised. Well appointed kitchen, with large table which was perfect for our family. The location was amazing! Short walk to the beach, steps away from shopping and restaurants. We would definitely use this property again!

Great Location

Cannot beat the location and ocean views from the master!! Property is in need of a fresh coat of paint in everyroom. Master closets have ten feet of hanging space but no hangers. Master bath has terrible lighting, and a shower that does not drain. Master bedroom needs a mirror on the wall so two people can get ready at one time. Incorrect information from Warren the property manager, as this unit does have beach towels. Lastly, this property needs a deep cleaning. It was hard to vacation in a condo that had so much filth in the kitchen and master bathroom.

Great location and great views

The property could use some minor updates. New shower heads would be the easiest and most helpful, especially in the master bath as well as a redo of the tub enclosure that was extremely flimsy and better lighting in that bathroom would be helpful. Thankfully there was only 2 of us so we used the larger shower in another bedroom. The main balcony needs to be pressure washed, the floor was green. The back balcony with the ocean view was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the size would be great for a larger group. Also it is very bright in the master bedroom when the sun comes up and too much light at night when trying to sleep if you prefer to sleep in the dark, bring a sleep mask!
