Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for us. Once we parked our car in the reserved spaced behind the home, we never moved it until we were ready to head home. We found the unit very clean with everything we needed. Nice shower unit (read note next to shower! Valve handles are a bit wacky!) On the first morning we walked about 12 minutes to the trolley place and bought a 2 day trolley pass. Then we rode the 90 minute tour without getting off. After that, we knew where we wanted to get off the next 2 days. One day would not have been enough for us. Also, one of the stops was just 4 blocks from the unit making it a short walk that evening and the next morning to get back on. Very nice rental. No negative about it for us except the need to climb stairs for entrance (I’m 65 and wife 69) but I won’t remove a star for that as we were aware beforehand. Enjoyed the Prohibition Museum, River Walk, City Square, and more. Went to Fort Pulaski and Tybee Island before we arrived at Blue Magnolia. Great little vacation unit on Jones St. considered one of the most bueatiful streets in the USA.

The attention to detail, the gorgeous décor, and all the finishing touches were just perfection. Full size ROAM bath and body products, (the RAOM is so great, we have already purchased some) bathrobes, Nespresso, and beautiful look and feel to whole place. We love traveling and this is our top 3 places to stay. What a delight to walk in the door of Blue Magnolia and find that it exceeded my expectations in beauty and cleanliness. We had everything we could possibly need for our 6 days. After 4 days on a trip I'm ready to go, not here; we wanted to extend our trip. The location is perfect on Jones and you truly feel like you are from Savannah. We even entertained friends passing through the area and they were blown away with Blue Magnolia. We will certainly be back and we have already referred friends who are planning to visit Savannah in the future. Don't miss staying here.

Lovely Place!
Beautiful & well appointed place. Place looks just like the pictures & is in a wonderful location.Pull out couch and bedroom beds were super comfortable. Loved that they had off street parking. Small suggestion would be to add a noise machine for sleeping in the pull out couch area & a digital clock in the bedroom. The bedroom has a beautiful clock but doesn’t light up at night. Would definitely rent here again!

The location is AMAZING!! Jones Street is the most beautiful street in Savannah and so close to everything. You don't need a car, but you have a dedicated space if you need one. I'm an interior decorator and very particular and it doesn't disappoint with the attention to detail! We loved having our own closets and the bed is so comfortable. Lucky took care of two small issues very quickly. We will definitely be back :)My only suggestions would be blackout curtains in the bedroom and some streaming options like Netflix...

Pretty But Dirty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very pretty, but the cleaning people were slacking. Especially in the bathroom and powder room. Upon arrival, around 10:30 PM, we needed to use the bathrooms, and realized both toilets had dried urine on the under side of the toilet seats, and the bowls didn’t exactly look scrubbed. There was also hairs on the shower floor and pink and black mildew on the shower grout (walls and floor). There were even finger prints on the shaving/ makeup mirror. Even if I weren’t a professional house cleaner (I have been a professional house cleaner for over 17 years.), I would notice these things. Thankfully, I brought disinfectant wipes, so I was able to wipe down the toilet seats, and the shower floor. That didn’t take care of the mildew, of course, but made us feel a bit more sanitary. There were two duvets on the bed. Both were way too warm for the climate, even with airconditioning, so we took them off, and used the top sheet. I had brought a throw blanket from home, and used that for me. Like in reviews for other rentals, the fitted sheet was way too small for the super high mattress, and kept coming off in the corners, every morning. The door codes only worked on the front door, and livingroom door of the apartment. We couldn’t unlock the back gate or bedroom outside door. Otherwise, a really nice place. We didn’t call to complain about the dirty bathrooms, because we didn’t want anyone coming over while we were there, or while we were not there, with all our belongings. It should have been done after the last people left, and before we arrived.

The attention to detail, the gorgeous decor, and all the finishing touches were just perfection. Full size ROAM bath and body products, bathrobes, Nespresso, and beautiful coffee table books that I thoroughly enjoyed paging through. I am a bit OCD and tend to have very high expectations of where I choose to book (and I'm often hard to please). What a delight to walk in the door of Blue Magnolia and find that it exceeded my expectations in beauty and cleanliness. We will certainly be back and we have already referred friends who are planning to visit Savannah in the future.
