Christmas Stay

This unit was very clean and well stocked with all you need. We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. I had a concern about being near the road with traffic noise and not knowing we were going to have a unit above us. It all worked out.

A perfect home away from home

The veranda was lovely. It had just the right mix of being beautiful decorated and plenty of empty spaces for the things we brought with us (puzzles, games, books). The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook (thanks for the salt & pepper, olive oil, etc). Cleaning & laundry supplies were plentiful (we had brought a lot of our own supplies, but we could have saved that space in our car!) and appreciated. There were beach chairs and boogie boards available as well as helpful recommendations for dining in the area. The condo was lovely and very spacious. We loved the screened porch and wish we had spent more time out there. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. Very easy to get across the street to the beach so close by! Beautiful location and all the amenities! We'll be back soon!

Adequately Nice

Condo is a little dated, but cozy and comfortable. I would have liked to see the outside area off the screened porch be cleaned up and taken better care of. Sitting outside looking at the mess of the back area was not pleasing at all. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen small but adequate. Definitely worth the rental rate I paid, but wouldn't have wanted to pay much more for it. I did notice a pretty serious ant problem. Could barely feed my dogs before the ants invaded their food dishes, so don't leave anything out, ever. Ice maker didn't work so we had to buy ice. I would rent it again, but would probably look for one that is a little more updated if I had the opportunity.

Adorable!!

The condo was so adorable and comfy for our little family! A short walk to the beach and the pool put this place in a perfect location. Everything was nice and well stocked. Can't wait to visit again!

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. LOVE THE COMPLEX AND POOL LOCATION. AREAS OF CONCERN: COUNTER TOP ICE MAKER HAS MOLD INSIDE AND WE DID NOT USE. SCREEN PORCH NEEDS REPAIR AS SCREEN IS COMING DOWN LETTING BUGS IN PORCH. OVERALL PORCH NEEDS PRESSURE WASHED, VERY DIRTY. WE FELT THE REQUEST TO SET AIR ON 74* WAS ALITTLE OUT OF HAND. THE FACT THAT WE PAID FOR A VACATION AT THE BEACH AND THEN THIS REQUEST WAS REDICULOUS. 74* AT THE BEACH IN FL IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST.

Comfy property in NSB

The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient. The beds were very comfy, however, the pull out sofa bed wasn't. It's probably best if only small children sleep on it. However, our daughter and her spouse were able to sleep on the large couch. The kitchen is stocked well except there are NO spices, oil etc. for basic cooking. It was nice to just walk to the beach.
