Located less than one block north of Flagler Avenue, a quick walk to the hub of downtown NSB. You couldn't have picked a better location! No other condo is closer to Flagler boasting more than 100 unique shops, captivating galleries, fine restaurants and fun pubs.
This condo is newly renovated bathrooms, including brand new appliances, furniture and many more amenities. It is family friendly and can accommodate up to 6 guests (A king in the master, two full size beds in the guest and a queen pull out sofa in the living room). A101 is located on the ground floor, just steps from the pool and beach!

2 much for 1 week

Condo was great no problems. Just not the same place I remember. Needs updated as a whole. Lost of small stupid stuff. Some of the people on the board are so nice I've known them for years if it was not them I would not want to go again. Love their company.

We had the best 3 days before Milton. Easy check in and check out. Very accommodating to get extra beach toys and extra beach towels. Very clean.

It was a nice cozy unit, but felt basic amenities were not provided for someone staying for a 4 month period.This unit is more suitable for weekly renters.Example, no change of sheets,no cleaning supplies,too much personal things in closets and not enough space for even our own luggage.We placed extra chairs, etc under beds.Also too many personal Knick knacks in and around.With no cleaning/dusters provided, these items were also placed in cupboards.Mop was awkward and not easy to use,no spatula for bbq, no soup ladle,mattress cover on 1st bed was urine stained And needed to be washed,small scatter rugs in the kitchen area were soiled.We rolled them up and placed them in closets.I also had to ask for tea towels when we arrived. These are all positive comments and am wondering if there is a checklist that both you and the owner should be looking at on a regular basis. We love New Smyrna Beach and the location of Win San is perfect.

Loved it!

My husband and I loved staying at this condo for a quick staycation! The location is amazing and just steps from so many options of restaurants and things to do. The pool is nice and quiet and the owners are awesome and super friendly! You definitely feel welcome to use their little oasis as your own throughout your stay! Highly recommend :)

Perfect condo and perfect location

This condo is well equipped with everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. The condo was super clean and so cozy and I loved the the decor. We never had to leave because everything is within walking distance to great shopping and excellent restaurants. The pool area is also great and has a friendly and relaxing vibe, just steps away from the sliding glass doors. This location is very close to the beach and convenient to grab a chair and walk down the steps to the sandy white beach. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely go back. It was perfect for a week get away full of fun, sun and relaxation 😎

Slice of heaven

This unit is so well equipped down to the beach toys for my Grandchildren! The kitchen beautifully updated. Location could not be better. Literally steps away from Flagler but yet very quiet and relaxing. I've stayed in NSB for over 25 years-this location my favorite!

A101 Win-San

Wasn't really ready to rent after storm Ian. Too much moisture in walls, & ceiling damage. Several things were either worn out or broken. Things required relaxing: king mattress, recliners, garbage disposal, sliding doors. Looks nice though very dark & gloomy, but not comfortable.

Please consider the following comments for Sentry Management only, not for publication on your website: We were very satisfied with our accommodations at A101 - comfortable, and clean, for the most part. Not sure of the usual cleaning schedule, but we found the blinds and ceiling fans could use some attention. Also, more and better bath towels are needed. And there were only three pool/beach towels - certainly inadequate for a unit that sleeps six. We also purchased four more dinner plates, as there were only four of those when we arrived.

Needs Cleaning

We rented A 101 from January 1st until March 12th, 2022. We arrived on January 1st. The bed spreads and bed sheets were clean and neat. The Bath towels (all white) were clean and looked new! I was very disappointed in other areas of the unit. The ceiling fans were filthy and loaded with dust. Behind the furniture was also filthy with dirt and dust. It looked like it has not been cleaned at all. The walls were not clean and really needed a painting. The oven was caked with black grease that I tried to scrape so the kitchen would not smoke up. Both the refrigerator and the toaster oven had crumbs in them and were not clean. Very disappointed in the conditions of this unit. We did share some of these concerns the day after we arrived but nothing was done. Hopefully, we will have a better experience next year in a different unit.

Thank you for allowing us to comment on this unit. When we arrived on January 1st, 2022, I was pleased to see that the beds and sheets were neat and clean. There was one pillowcase that had what I believe was a red spot of blood on it. This should not have been used if this mark did not come out. Both my husband and I were disappointed in the dirtyness of the place overall. Ceiling fans were filthy. Refrigerator was not clean and the toaster oven was not clean. The oven was caked on with a black crust and smoked quite a bit until I wasable to clean some of it. The hotpads had food stuck on them. When cleaning the floors, there was caked on black dirt and dust behind furniture on the ledges. Very disappointed not to come into a clean unit. I did let Tara know the day after we arrived. I do hope we have a positive experience next year when we arrive.

Perfect Setting

Our Unit A101 was recently updated to a very cozy beach atmosphere. The room accommodations were perfect for our party of 6. The only downfalls were my daughter tried to log into WiFi to complete her School work and the WiFi password given was incorrect. We were given the run around for 2 hours trying to get the correct password to no avail. When I read the rental information it said washer/dryer on site. I didn't realize that our unit did not have a washer and dryer in it, but at least the complex had washer/dryers available for $ 1.75 a load. A good lesson to read the description better in the future. All in all it was a nice get away and loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants.

Perfect!

Wow! What a beautiful, peaceful place with just about everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. We LOVED being just steps from the large, sparkling blue, pristinely clean, WARM pool - this was a vacation saver on cool/cold days. Also loved being just a few additional steps away from the gorgeous sugar sand beach. The condo is updated, beautifully decorated and stocked with games, books, tons of beach toys, and beach chairs. Out the back door, we were only steps from Flagler Avenue and all it has to offer- great shops, art galleries, and awesome restaurants. We really appreciated the dehumidifier, too - very helpful in air drying swim suits and beach towels each day. The only thing we wished for was a cozy blanket or two for cold nights. We hope to come back soon!

Never disappoints!!

We are never disappointed - A101 is all we could ask for. It is so comfortable and has all the comforts of home!! We settle in for a week and wish we could stay long! Win San is the perfect location right on the ocean and steps from Flagler Ave. We are right in the middle of everything, yet can feel like we are in our own little oasis! Thanks for another wonderful stay, we will be back again and again!!

Fantastic!

This unit is fantastic! It is updated and super clean. Perfect for a family! It has all of the cooking pots, pans, utensils you could need. We loved being on our porch tucked away in our own little corner. Our kids spent most of the time in the huge swimming pool, which was also very clean. We'll definitely go back again!

Wonderful Escape from the Madness !!

We so enjoyed our week at Win-San. Having other summer vacation plans cancel due to the COVID pandemic, we were thrilled that this unit was available. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect! Our children and granddaughter were able to join us for a few days and had a blast. The unit was very nicely furnished and had a lot of 'beachy' touches. If there was anything to complain about - we did not have sheets for the pull out sofa but were able to have sheets delivered the next morning!. We couldn't have asked for better weather while we were there, especially given all the storms brewing in the Atlantic. We also ran into a friend we have known in Orlando for years and never knew she had a place there. It surely is a small world! Thanks again - we look forward to our next opportunity to return!!
