Only about a 5-minute walk through gorgeous complex grounds to Maui's beautiful, sandy Keawakapu Beach, great for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Large lanai overlooks floral display, two lovely partial ocean views, and evening sunsets. Enclosed back lanai is quiet office/reading room. Granite slab kitchen counter with bar height seating looks beyond kitchen sink window view to bougainvillea flower garden. King bed & tv in bedroom and double Murphy bed & tv in living room; futon cushion for little one. Master bath has walk-in shower; guest bath is shower/tub. Ceiling fans throughout keep already comfortable unit consistently so. (A/C in bedroom typically unnecessary; tropical air and bird sounds are better!)
The oceanside main pool and lovely remodeled pavilion plus 3 other small pools are on the grounds; tennis court and shuffleboard also available. Ekahi Village property's oceanfront pool opens to the Wailea beach walk, which wanders for miles along the ocean. The walkway leads to the Wailea Shopping Center with art galleries, clothing stores, convenience stores, coffee shops and dining. A full-service market provides take-out meals or ingredients for grilling on the poolside barbeque(or at one of several others within the complex) while you're at the Ekahi Pavilion enjoying the sunsets.
